Hallo liebe Freunde,
im heutigen Video würde ich Euch gerne zeigen wie ich eines meiner liebsten Würste selber mache!
Klar, nicht jeder hat diese Maschinen um sie her zustellen aber vielleicht kann ich den einen oder anderen dazu bewegen sich mal damit auseinander zu setzen wie so eine Leckerei entsteht! Und, vielleicht macht es auch der eine odder andere mir einfach ein mal nach wie schon einige andere auch!
Selbst gemachte Würste schmecken sensationell lecker und was der Vorteil ist, man weiß was darin ist!!

Die Zutaten für 1 KG Wurst:
1,0 Kg mageres Schweine Schulterfleisch
0,4 Kg fetten Speck
0,6 Kg Scheine Backe
0,4 Kg Eisschüttung (Crush Eis oder Eisschnee )
Rinder Kranzdarm Kaliber 43/46
Die Gewürze für 1 Kg Fleischwurst:
18 g Nitrit Pökel Salz - NPS
3 g Weiser Pfeffer
10 g Zwiebelgranulat
3 g Knoblauchgranulat
2,5g Macis
2 g Ingwergranulat
2 g Kardamom
5 g Phosphat

The ingredients for 1 kg sausage:
1.0 kg lean pork shoulder meat
0.4 kg fat bacon
0.6 kg bills cheek
0.4 kg ice fill (crush ice or ice snow)
Cattle coronary caliber 43/46
The spices for 1 kg meat sausage:
18 g nitrite curing salt - NPS
3 g white pepper
10 g onion granules
3 g garlic granules
2.5g mace
2 g ginger granules
2 grams of cardamom
5 g phosphate

Lieber Wolfgang, Du bist für mich der Würste-Spezialist, aber auch in so vielen anderen Sachen wie z.B. zuletzt der Feta-Käse, machst Du Dinge, die andere nur kaufen und selten sieht man solch eine Vielfalt wie bei Dir auf Deinem Kochkanal! Yes, there are many German bratwurst sausage with different recipes and I've made some too and I've also shown my potato salad here! This one is delicious without mayonnaise! If you want I'll give you the link for it!
