  • This week Dr. Gundry dives into questions directly from you, his lovely listeners, dishing out top-notch advice and hacks for turbocharging your health and longevity with ease.
Are you on a thrilling quest for my go-to everyday food brands, or perhaps itching for an out-of-the-box way to supercharge your coffee? Well, get ready, because he's about to serve up a feast of answers that will more than satisfy your curiosity!

    On this episode you’ll learn:
Why you should ditch this popular oil (and the far better options to support your longevity)
The surprising method to make peanuts safer to eat (and why it’s ok in moderation)
Why time-restricted eating may have different effects on women (and why you should NEVER practice it during this time)
The SURPRISING truth about heavy metal levels in dark chocolate (and how to avoid them)
How to hack you body to improve iron absorption
Why you should never add THIS common ingredient to your cup of coffee
Why moisturizers are actually drying out your skin (and the surprising solution to that works WAY better)
How to properly cook beans for optimal health benefits (and how much you should be eating for proper protein intake)
The simple way you can boost the nutritional value of mushrooms (and why you should be eating them daily!)
Why you should cut down on animal protein to increase lifespan (and the real amount you should be consuming)
Why you should steer clear of the popular boba drink (sorry!)
The single most important ingredient you can add to your diet (and where to easily find it)

Dr G, in Canada Kirkland pesto sauce, even though it has great basil from Italy, it also has sunflower oil. Has the sunflower oil been processed in such a way that it is healthy or does this update your view? Thx in advance

I can't believe he is promoting Kirkland pesto when the second ingredient is sunflower oil and definitely on his no list!

      @md2plus2 3 місяці тому

@barbaraeulayne just like things can be changed in the processing as he discussed in this video, this might be one. That was my question.

Dr. Gundry could you please provide us with information on how we can get enough protein without eating animal protein? Fish has mercury and lead; we can't eat fish too often. Beans have lectins, carbs and roundup. Thank you.

Eat edible wing termites, and you will be surprised. 100g contains about 30g of protein. That's about your daily requirement. I ordered mine from a company in Canada. Just read on edible wing termites on Google.

Eat this not that. So tired of being told that when it comes to food, one way fits all. That is as off the wall as saying everyone has the same blood type. Betty White was 99 years old and her favorite comfort food was a hot fog on a white bread bun.
