I loved it, and have had to change my comment, ive just rewatched it three times and i love it! It was very chaotic... but she kept up and it worked and told the story! A really interesting and different take on the Charleston, I'm a true sucker for my traditional Charleston's but she slayed that full on here. Fantastic synchronisation and great swivel, sharp lifts, great contrast being style, precision and energy here which was refreshing. I absolutely loved the jazzed up section at 1:27 that was completely ace that pushed it to a 10 for me. I loved the production and the interpretation of the performance, I felt Fleur's personality shone in this and this dance really suited her. I liked the street feel aswell to it and the Italian style added on. The transitions were very clean and the lines were very classy and well executed, side by side was on point as always. It felt free and open which is exactly what a Charleston. Fleur is so consistent she NEEDS this final, she has brought so much to the table and she left nothing at the table. This was a fantastic performance I loved it 🤗

Loved it! If I'm honest I thought it might be even more enjoyable with even more exaggeration. But they went for a clean and precise Charleston and that's completely fine as they really had the characterization to go along with it. Loved the lifts and all the little tricks. Great job!!

I was expecting a lot from this because Holly and Artem's Charleston to the same tune is one of my favourites and at first watch I really wasn't sure. Then I watched it again and caught more of the little nuances and clever choreography - then I loved it. And, as others have said, this was another great twist on the Charleston with the 'Italian' styling.
I have commented on a couple of the other videos from tonight's show that although I have a personal favourite, I'm loving this last five equally and don't want anyone to leave. Fleur hasn't been one of my favourites overall and I still think there is something, although I can't quite put my finger on it, that is missing for me in her dancing. That said, her performances in general are fearless and more than do justice to Vito's wonderful choreography.

@@aaronwilkins1843 remember its money orientated show.. Bbc licence fee for a dance show that has run its course. Yes, I watch it. To see where my licence fee goes to in an overpaid show... No one does it free. Its poorly presented except claudia... Like x factor its supposed to bring in ratings. Although that show is no more. I love dancing, used to enjoy come dancing.

She is one of my favourite dancers of this season so I am Glad she did get to the final. But I do not understand why people are criticising her that she deserved to leave and not make it to the final. Someone has to go in the final dance off and Will was the weakest dancer of the night last night with the Paso But his Couples choice couldn't see him in the final. To me in this dance She did do a couple of mistakes and the score was a little overscored to me. Just happy she got through to the final because she is my favourite dancer. Rated 9.2/10
Same. She's my personal favourite. She always gives it 100%. Totally deserves her place in the final. I'm right with Anton. I agree that when she 'hits', she is pure perfection. When she doesn't 'hit', she's still very close to her best. But that could make a difference with such strong competition. I hope she is as lazerfocused in the final as she was during her couples' choice and just 'let it happen'. She has such charisma and natural talent. A West End star in the making.

I agree. Whenever the dancers wear plimsoles, it doesn't flatter at all. Makes them seem stompier. Especially unflattering for Fleur, who I do love.

I did really like this, but I think this high of a score was too much. Craig is one hundred percent right in that, ironically, she had way too much control. It made her look clunky, when she should let go and be more silly. That's a Charleston. This was more serious than it needed to be.
I agree, she needs to let go a lot more in the charleston, controls still important you just dont need to make it look really clean in a charleston you can let it look messy but good

UGH! Six Semifinal performances in and still no 10 😞 I’m going to be picky and say that I wanted a bit more controlled… control in the performance, she was only slightly flat footed, but OMG what a Charleston! Fleur had fun, her swivel action was amazing, her energy was amazing! Fleur has to go through to the final after that whether she avoids a Dance Off or not.

Fleur is pure finalist material🏆,if she's danced her last ....then Strictly will officially lose one of the best . Fleur is charismatic & beautiful. And her dancing is energetic & strong 💖🩰👏🏼🔥.
Bit more control? It needed less control, as Craig said. It made her looku clunky where she should be free and silly.

This dance is incredible, I thought she would get a perfect 40, but they didn't give it to her
It didn’t even deserve the score it got. Fleur gets all of the moves and has good rhythm, timing and attack, but she is very heavy and aggressive when dancing and is technically very poor. Because of her dance offs and the hate and the “race card” nonsense the judges get, they have been killing themselves in the last few weeks to try and keep her in by seriously overscoring. Fleur is a head and shoulders below Molly, Helen and Hamza

She was a bit heavy on her feet. I wouldn't suggest wearing trainers for a Charleston but any other yes. her frame and that needs working on.

I though she was a bit heavy in this dance and a couple of heel leads which are not charleston based. Great routine and nicely danced but to me not her style
Strictly gets a bit dull towards the final episodes, judges throw around 9s and 10s too much. Much prefer the real non-dancers giving it a valiant effort in the earlier rounds - Fleur and Molly have for sure had some dance practice before the show.
they're both singers, they usually have to practice choreography for performances
Just watched the result show. Will was robbed. His performance in the dance off was superior to Fleur's. She made a very obvious mistake for crying out loud. She should have been gone and what the hell are 'micro details' all of a sudden? Something fishy going on here.

Totally agree. I think it's why Nancy was so overly upset too, she would have seen Fleur's mistakes. Such a shame that Shirley hasn't an unbiased opinion in her.
This dance honestly bored me so much. She only got a 40 for her couples choice because that’s the sort of dance she is used to doing she played it safe. Someone who doesn’t want a challenge shouldn’t be in the final
Why is she still there she should have gone in week three but as she is a bbc person who is biased it’s time to stop this all together it’s costing millions a year that’s just the useless judges.
