This is a 36” long stack, but with the bed plate and clamp its right at 40” from the bed to the top of the mitre. Thats ideal in my mind because it places the top of the stack just above the top of the back window.
I did for 3 years yes, they actually can do very well depending on track conditions. I liked them a lot personally especially for stock class. They give enough traction to be competitive, but generally speaking will slip easier than an all terrain, which is great for saving drivetrain parts. However, there were definitely pulls where I know I lost by a few feet or less when if I had been running a better tire I could have won/placed better. Tight sticky tracks they do great, loose sandy tracks they slip easy. I now have a set of 18" wheels with BFG KO2s that I am pulling with this year.
Don’t forget to drill a hole at the bottom of the elbow for some drainage(from rain)! Looks amazing though!
I always look forward to your Duramax content. Keep 'em coming brother!
Loving the new setup buddy!!!!! Nicely done

Always quality content... 👍 Good stuff!
That is awesome, pretty tempting to do to my rig
Aye i also have the same stack . Mines a little taller tho. And it is purely AMAZING!
Hey where did you get the 90 and what were the length measurements?
Looking for length measurements on the elbow or the stack itself?
The elbow I actually just went to my local Kenworth dealership and got a 5" elbow.
@@FixedVaneDuramax I was looking for length measurements on the elbow itself but thanks i’m trying to bed stack my own lb7
How tall is it from the cab to the bottom of the bed
This set up is 38.25" from the bedplate to the top of the stack. Reaches just over the top of the back glass.
What’s the total length of that stack? I’m seeing 36 inches long on the Amazon ones.

@@FixedVaneDuramax ... What are the specs on your rims and tires? I like those
Why don’t you like axle dump and let’s see a hood stack on her
Just personal preference. I considered a hood stack but they arent legal for work stock and street stock pulling classes so not yet.
Axel dump would’ve been better but looks good bro
