it's a very interesting take on the modernization of Gregorian chant. I think with the case with Gregorian chant, especially, less is more. Even though harmonization is discourages in this type of music, I think I would be better if they took the "a Capella" style even further by removing many of the synthesizers being used and replace them with voice. Maybe even adding more reverbed percussion. However, still very pretty.
This would honestly fit perfectly with the Halo franchise. The chanting fits perfectly with the rest of the halo themes, and the lyrics are epic and tie in to the story of master chief.
