$800 is insane! I personally started using CBD this past summer from the government dispenser I still have the same bottle I paid $30 for. I take it 2x a day 5-10 drops am and pm for fibromyalgia pain. For me I found it helped with my back which was so bad I considered quitting my job. I am completely back pain free. My sleep improved as had other issues. I’m in love with my cbd and think it’s a far safer option then strong pain meds.

The benefits and negative effects of opioids are well known and researched, but heaven forbid anyone do any research on something that doesn't cause addiction, overdoses, or dependency.

I was really excited about this video, after watching it, im honestly disappointing the way cbc painted CBD products. so many successful and positive stories coming from these products.
And for the sales clerks who we can be see in the video selling these products are just being good sales people, its the same story with herbalism and health care stores, so many claims but, how many are proven?!
A dispensary is not a pharmacy. I rather have a society where people use CBD products instead of alcohol and other drugs.
Also have you all seen the side effects of prescription drugs? UM, YEAH!!!!!!! that's a much bigger problem than what the cbd products are claiming.

I think this video demonstrates we aren't spending enough money to research the benefits thoroughly. Anecdotally, we know CBD works, as it stays on the market, and its existence as a collective placebo doesn't make sense. The whole world would have to be deceived in how CBD makes them feel better. It's research worth knowing to take it out of the stigma place some may see it in. It doesn't get you high, so it shouldn't even be seen as a drug unless you're comparing it to RUB A535.

The shop I've been buying my tobacco at for some years now, started selling CBD products a couple of years ago. I didn't have much interest in CBD, before finding it in that shop. The owner told me some things about it being good for pain--and I have serious pain issues--so I bought some CBD gummies, then, once home again, I did a little research online. What I found was that the most credible information indicated that you need roughly 50/50 CBD and THC to get those benefits, and that the manufacturers often made false claims as to the contents.
Smoking weed has always worked for me, so I decided not to spend more money on something with so little likelihood of any benefits. At least I have multiple legal places to buy it locally. Now, if only my insurance would cover it....

Interesting point the doctor made. The cost. If that was a prescription without coverage itd be significantly higher with more side effects. I wish CBD products had some kind of coverage that you could use but 100 a month is less than anyone who drinks likely spends on beer. Worth it imo for a good sleep and being able to get out of my head.

This applies to literally everything we put on or in our bodies (reviewed a Canadian cbd oil on my channel, made zero claims cuz that's fact). Everyone reacts differently. Some people eat a bunch of rice and pasta and don't gain weight. Some people can't have that kind of diet. Etc. Etc.

He states that he isn't allowed to say much about the medicinal benefits, which is true; and then he informs the camera person that several studies exist which suggest CBD is useful for treating pain, etc. As long as he didn't make those studies up, and they really exist and came to those conclusions, everything he said is factually accurate and he made no medical claims of his own.

M'well, the UN and WHO both published a joint declaration in mid-December, 2017... and as a result CBD should be under the province's agriculture authority by now, but more bigot prohibitionism stopped that evolution threatening to reclassify it as "novel food" instead, and of course it still would be rendered as inaccessible as it is now - not to mention multiple other aspects still eluding the public radar, like PCP "traces", or "tumble weed" actually raising the vegetal to trichome ratio, knowing the later perform microscopic molecular-based filtration while SQdC's products proudly include leaves and even a lot of wood...

Tokyo Smoke :))))) I've dealt with them in Toronto and Thunder Bay .. They don't follow the rules, about medical claims and they charge more than most, if not all, other dispensaries in both cities!! In California there is a company of CBD producers that make all these medical claims and advertises on YT through various podcasts and such.... I've tried CBD for a year, or more, in order to quit smoking Cannabis(for pain relief which I have to discontinue soon due to throat problems developing) . But it wasn't working for either. I once was offered by the dispensary owner, what was represented as CBD "powder' in North Bay ON. And I am certain, from the taste and smell, that it was just crushed ASA, with some willow extract. {Fortunately I had a girlfriend in the mid 1990's that made tinctures of willow bark extract in BC. Not hard to recognize the smell once you have experienced with it the way I did).

And this whole thing about taking those products to the police? get new lawyers because the cops would laugh you out of the station or give you hell for wasting their time. Hey I don't know where you get your information, but first of all CBD *does not* contain small amounts of THC that is complete gibberish.
Both cannabinoids are very similar, with a small difference in their molecular structure and that's about it.
This is the reason why it is easy to reverse CBD into THC or vice versa. I.e. most of Delta-8 products are chemically "reversed" CBD.
Yet, what you said is just wrong. You shouldn't point your finger on people for not giving all the legit information, while you literally spread false facts.

It's just so much more expensive than prescription drugs, even though I have to deal with miserable side effects. I do use hemp skincare from Superstore, but it doesn't really have active ingredients. Just like how I have shoes made of hemp. But recently I've had pretty good results with GABA, which is much easier to get from legit companies.
