@Friendly Bane well, I think the idea of an insurrection capable of toppling the US government assumes that most of those military personnel would defect, or at least refuse to take up arms against it’s own citizens. But that would have to be brought on by something extremely divisive that the majority of the country would get behind, not anything covered in this video, so yeah, I agree with you.
When EU, North America and Australia get used to the intimidation tactics of people that can't get along in that society it is inevitable that people would get used to that kind of threatening behavior. All the governments of the world had to do is protect the people they were charged with, but they failed. And if they don't want to protect them, they don't need to get into government.

The Taliban are mainly just farmers that defended their land against superpowers, something that other poor people have done throughout the world for thousands of years. Its a poor country the size of Texas. They allow men and women to go to school, get jobs, etc but don't allow men or women to go out naked, that's all. That is normal. Unfortunately, the USA has frozen $10 billion dollars (it isn't aid, as the money is in various Afghan companies accounts but they just can't use any of it) and sanctioned them so they can't do business either. Biden implemented this policy because they are mad that they lost, so they want to genocide Afghan kids in revenge.
we didn't lose. the US decided that they didn't want to play anymore, and the european allies were too scared to stand without the US even though we were unenthusiastic about abandoning afghanistan because of the negative repercussions for europe (mostly refugees, but also terrorism and loss of credibility). what was defeated was primarily the morale of the american public. the taliban were given the country because two US presidents chose to pander to the ignorance and americafirst attitude of the american people. our afghan allies and afghan progressives and liberals, and to a large degree due to new economic trouble the entire afghan people were sacrificed for US domestic politics. the lack of solidarity that the american left in particular has demonstrated in this has been shocking to me, even though I do not have high expectations for americans in general. I know it's normal for the US, but abandoning afghanistan is the most vile thing the german government has done in the 27 years I have been alive, as far as I'm aware.
jackson macpherson the distinction is that the americans freely chose to abandon afghanistan. we absolutely could have continued the occupation and preserved or improved the status quo. and if one cared about afghans, it would have been worth it, because the occupation was a massive net good by preventing exactly what is happening now. america chose to rid itself of a minor inconvenience, knowing that it would cause a catastrophe for afghans. america weighed the money it was spending against the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of millions of afghans who built their lives on their trust in us, chose its money, and proceeded to preach that there was "no point" in being in afghanistan.
@Harvey Smith The were Overthrown in 2001, were close to being defeated in the early 2000s, and only were able to take back power because the US withdrew troops and didn’t fight back.
Honestly, I was born in USSR. My dad would have done the same against Russian occupation. This is crazy. We lost the war, we need diplomacy now.
we didn't lose. the US decided that they didn't want to play anymore, and the european allies were too scared to stand without the US even though we were unenthusiastic about abandoning afghanistan because of the negative repercussions for europe (mostly refugees, but also terrorism and loss of credibility). what was defeated was primarily the morale of the american public. the taliban were given the country because two US presidents chose to pander to the ignorance and americafirst attitude of the american people. our afghan allies and afghan progressives and liberals, and to a large degree due to new economic trouble the entire afghan people were sacrificed for US domestic politics. the lack of solidarity that the american left in particular has demonstrated in this has been shocking to me, even though I do not have high expectations for americans in general.

america chose to rid itself of a minor inconvenience, knowing that it would cause a catastrophe for afghans. america weighed the money it was spending against the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of millions of afghans who built their lives on their trust in us, chose its money, and proceeded to preach that there was "no point" in being in afghanistan.

>This is Latin white nationalist, Nick Fuentes
No one takes him seriously
No kidding.
Don't you love how they try to act like the hard right has any kind of institutional power? Lmao
Meanwhile, they have literal corporate media backing for their race agendas.
The only time Nick should be and is listened to, is when its in direct comparison to someone just profoundly slower. Like when hes talking to a far leftie like Hasan or whatever other NPC. I haven't even heard his name for years, aside for in cases exactly like this when a leftist is trying to demonize someone else by association to him..
