I love your 3 Minute Reset! It helps to focus me for the day. I have noticed that you sometimes use the term " call people out". I would like to suggest using "call people into a conversation". It helps to make people less defensive. Just my perspective.
Here, it's like men do not know how to spend time with one another without drinking. The whiskey bottle comes out within the first 15 minutes. It's hard for me to understand, because I didn't grow up around it. But for many, it's like a regular part of family life.
