    Just picked one of these up at a local thrift store for $9.99. Came here to see how to start it and ended up watching the entire thing. Great video. Hope I get the hang of flying one soon. I crashed 6 or 7 times just while your video was playing. You can really feel the air movement when it's flying near you

    This is still great. I recommend the prop guards for newbies. You can smash the drone into a wall, and half the time, it doesn't crash.

    Thanks for the reviews. Originally I wasn't going to be getting one of the "toy" drones and was going to go to something like the HS175D, but seeing several of your videos, I think I am going to go with a mini drone to see if this 60 y/o mind can learn it.
    I love the detail and quality of your videos. I have watched other reviews of the same drone you review and there is no comparison to the quality and thoroughness of your reviews

    Nice review! My son has had this drone for a couple of years and still enjoys flying it. He would fly it out his window and bring it back in a different window! You should also check out the Holyton HT02. It is even smaller and a blast to fly. The advantage of it is it has 3 batteries. These little guys are a surprising amount of fun to fly!

    Wonderful and very pleasurable video to watch. Not only did it quickly help me figure this thing out but it was enjoyable to watch. Great job my friend would you think about making a list of all the toy drones like these and bigger ones that you have liked and would recommend. I have about 50 to 75 myself and only about 10 still work LOL I'd love to try out a bunch of drones that you've liked. There's so many you don't know which ones to get

I do have HS 450 and HS 170 , they both do great indoors in my small room ………but your praises are such that I just ordered this favourite of yours. Let’s see how it defeats my other two. …….. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    nice little toy for buzzing around the house but its like they have gone down hill with innovations over the past 5 years, as many of the mini & micro drones from 8 to 10 years ago like the JJRC H22 & the Eachine H8 mini 3D would do inverted flight as well as 360 flips.
    the internal battery is the only down side to this little guy, you pretty much need a bag full charged up & ready to go for an afternoon of fun, lol

    I say HolyStone makes great drones,& that I would gladly review drones for them.My name is Michael Pemantel & I live in Knox,NY.Hope I win because the drone that I have now isn't that good,already had a gear break after only 5 flights.It's a ZLL SG907 Pro,that I was gifted for Christmas.It flies well,takes good photos,but with the video is shaky.I'm looking to upgrade,but being disabled limits my funds to very little.I love photography,& have a good Canon digital camera,but I'm always looking to try something different,like "light painting",& motion blur.I like to think outside of the box,& I think that's why I received the drone.It also helps(for me)to relieve stress,& my grandson loves grandpa's "helicopter"😁Tried to tell him it's a drone,but 3yo boys know more than a 51yo man😂😂😂😂You & your wife have a great day,happy flying,& fly safe🚁PS.they really need a drone emoji😁 #wheresthedroneemoji

    Fails to mention the drone can not be charged while folded up inside of the controller, in order to charge the drone with the controller it must be removed from the controller and at least one of the arms must be extended in order to plug the charge cable in there for making it unable to fit inside of the controller, even if you didn't have to extend the arm the plug is too long does not allow the drone to sit inside the controller while charging, The best you can get is one arm unfolded with it plugged in and sitting half and half out of the controller with the lid open, doesn't kill it completely though it still convenient to be able to charge it with the controller but you're just not going to be able to carry it around in your pocket while you're charging it without risk of breaking it.

    All of your videos are so great. I bought 4 of these HS190s and have been flying one and it is amazing! On the highest speed level it can really move! I have one question if I may please. I bought mine here in Canada from Walmart. Each one came with 3 removable batteries and a USB charge cord. However, there is no charging cord in the tranmitter itself to charge the drone's battery from the batteries in the transmitter. So, these cannot be charged from the transmitter out in the field. Do the HS190s in the United States still have the yellow charging cord in the transmitter? Thank you so much for any help you can offer. Best wishes!

    Another excellent, entertaining and teaching video from your site! I ordered and am waiting for 4 of these to arrive (here in Canada). I bought them on your recommendation and video. So wonderful. I have a question if I may, please. Regarding the trim functions, you said in the video that you can trim it for hovering (up and down) and you can trim it for left and right (the two buttons below the right joystick). But can you trim it for forward and backward? In other words, does it have all of the same trim functions that the HS210 has? Thank you very much for any help you can give on this. And thank you for all of the wonderful videos and information. Your videos are a joy to watch and they teach so much. Warmest regards.

    does this one have altitude hold??? i love this design... only draw back is if battery goes bad before you get bored of flying it...but i could see lasting a long time if used correctly and at least twice per month and if you have to store it maybe run battery half way down first... great review..

    • @b4ugo
      @b4ugo  2 роки тому

      It does hold altitude real well, if you just fly it around aimlessly it does get boring , so try to have an agenda and try new thinks to improve your skill set and it makes it fun!

    Hi James - enjoying your channel... you keep saying that the HS210 is the best micro-mini drone for training. I agree with your point, but when I decided to buy a mini drone for training, I saw other reviews that spoke about how trying to fly the 210 outside was tough because the slightest breeze will really catch it and blow it around. I definately wanted a mini drone that would be good to fly indoors, but that could also function well outdoors. I saw the HS170 "Predator", and felt that it's streamlined profile would be good for outdoor flying. I won't say any more about my experience with the HS170, because I have nothing to compare it to. I will say that it has really helped me to become a better flyer when I'm out with my HS720E... I'd really like to hear what you think of the HS170 vs the HS210!

    • @b4ugo
      @b4ugo  3 роки тому

      I have bought several of the 170’s, they just turn slower and there is a little latency, the 210 is spot on and gives you confidence, neither are very good out side but the 190 seems to have more power and it’s smaller so it actually does pretty well outside as long as it’s not to windy. All these drones are fun and really make you a better drone pilot. I have had my dogs chase mine all over the house 100’s of times. Increases your skill set while having fun, especially on a rainy day or a day like today when it’s 100 outside.

    • @camdix3250
      @camdix3250 Рік тому

      Hi. I have both the HS210 and the HS190. The buit-in rotor guards on the 210 were helpful when I first started with it indoors. The 210 is a bit more suseptible to tiny bits of wind if flown outdoors. The 190 is less so. And man, it IS faster! I love LOS style and the HS190 is so great. Thank you and best wishes.
