These are among the best movies on Netflix right now. The only good movies to watch on Netflix missing fro this list of Netflix movie reviews are ones I recently covered in my Netflix movie lists videos (links above). Hopefully this top 20 movies on Netflix list has a little something for everyone and you're able to find several good movies to watch on Netflix in less time than you normally spend searching for good Netflix movies.

I'm your host, Darren Van Damme!
Tired of looking for good movies to watch on Netflix, Amazon Prime or other streaming services? Every week I recommend a handful of the best movies on Netflix, Amazon, HBO etc. so my subscribers never run out of good movies to watch on streaming. Spending 10 minutes watching one of my videos could save you hours of searching, hours that you could otherwise spend watching good movies on streaming that you otherwise might not have ever watched or even known about.
    Thanks for watching!

Hey just to let you know, snow piercer is an official sequel to charlie the chocolate factory, it has a TON of references to it...I highly recommend watching the snowpiercer/willy wonka video...it will absolutely blow your mind. (the producer of snowpiercer loved charlie and the chocolate factory, thats why so many easter eggs)

Girl,I just watched a great movie on utube, it’s was amazing. It’s a few yrs old,but I was shocked I’d missed it lol. Let me me know,it’s free too .Im in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦. So hopefully you’ll get it . Perhaps you’ve seen it . Not me ,and ironically,4-5 of my favourite actors as well . I think it’s a true story, but I’m not 100% on that .

Brilliant Movie, Don’t read info about movie ,prior , it ruins it . Be pleasantly surprised, because it’s definitely worth watching at least once . If older ,but I wish I’d found it,I’m just glad that I did. Enjoy, let me know what you think !

Awesome, Darren! I missed The Rover last time it was on, thanks for the heads-up! And you got me with Heathers. I don't know what planet I was on when it came out, but I hadn't even heard of it, and it looks sick! I don't think I need to tell you what my #1 is on this list. I can't say I ever remember so many top-notch horror flicks come out at once as in the last few years. Back in the '70s, you'd wait MONTHS for a good horror flick, especially after The Exorcist, which raised the bar over the roof! I think Black Christmas was next, but it wasn't a blockbuster, more of a cult film, but classic all the same!. More good horror films, like Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, and thrillers, too, appeared more on television than in theaters. I think The Omen put things back on track. What a superb film!

It’s criminal not to read fear and loathing to fully enjoy the movie....we can’t stop here, this is bat country man!! 🦇. The only thing that really worried me was the ether 🤣. Awesome list, Ozzie Ozzie! Cheers 🍻😎

I have watched a few movies from other vids and what I like the most about your suggestions is they are usually not famous or as famous type of films which is good. I've found a few gems in the last few years looking into indie films and the best part about those is the unpredictability of them. Thanks for your suggestions. I'll watch a few of those that I haven't watched yet

Wow! I just saw The Wondering Earth and I watched it before I saw this list of yours. Holy shit was that a great movie! Glad it made it on here! I could probably watch it over and over like Armageddon.

The Rover was excellent. 2014 gave us John Wick, CA: Winter Soldier, Ex Machina, What We Do In The Shadows, Nightcrawler, Fury, and the amazing Bone Tomahawk was Right at the start of 2015, so that was a badass year/s

    The Night Comes for Us.
Best Action Movie I've watched in a very very very long time. Maybe Ever.
Your recommendations are impeccable. Watched many of these, and absolutely loved each and everyone of them. Thanks for making the lockdown not-so-boring.
    Take a bow, Sir.

I watch See You Yesterday I liked it. I will say it also also hard to say what demographic their aiming as adult language. It a little rip from the headlines butterfly effect and maybe Boyz in the hood rolled into one movie. I Love time travel movies and felt this was a interesting take

You can’t go wrong with The Fifth Element IMO. I like Amy Winehouse and will have to check out the movie Amy. I would like to watch more of the movies you recommend but I just don’t have the time. I don’t know how you do it?

Hero was excellent, but the same director did one better with House Of Flying Daggers. If you like the color palette of Hero, you’ll love HoFD

Cyril Curse of the Golden Flower is also quite good. I think I prefer Hero over HoFD personally, but I like all three :)

@@michaelj6392 Curse of the Golden Flower was the only one I really didn't enjoy much. It was too slow for my taste. Of course all of them look beautiful. The director has such an amazing visual style.
I was not aware that The Great Wall was one of his films, but I noticed his style once I saw the wall jumpers. The film was shockingly bad though.
I have yet to see Shadow.
