Nice video with lots of great suggestions! I absolutely love Cape Coral but newcomers be advised, they call it a boat friendly community while most garages are too short for a boat, can’t keep a boat in your driveway and lots are too small to keep a boat in your side or backyard.
Wife and I plan on moving there in five years when I retire... Think there will be any room for us? Home prices skyrocket by then? Looking for a salt water canal to access the Gulf.
