    I have been a beader for many Plus some years, before it actually became popular. I fell in love with this heart and for yrs tried to find out how to do it. The only one I could find was a book written in Japanese with pictures to find. forgetaboutit..ldl.. you are a savior and a goddess, You make everything so easy to follow. I will be making this one later on today. Thank you so much Kelly and please don't stop making videos. You are awesome.

    Kelly ~ I have to thank you for this because I needed a quick and easy but pretty "lil somethin"' for my Mom for Valentines Day. I bless the day I found you because due to circumstances beyond my control I can no longer take classes locally, and I learn much better thru watching than reading. So thank you for being out there and presenting such pretty and doable designs. I think you are great!

    It's not Valentine's Day-- it's the end of May, and a friend requested that I make her a keychain with a puffy heart. This tutorial is the only one I could "get" when I searched last February and I returned to it tonight so that I could make one again--Thank you!!

    Kelly! Beautiful!! It was a great video. You were so clear with the directions and I followed you all the way through. I especially liked the way that you zoomed in on your examples. I have a friend that would love this pattern. Keep your beading videos coming our way and Happy Valentine's Day!

    Hi kelly. I really like this version of a heart. I did look around to find an easy way to make a heart and let me tell you like you said, there is a few different ways to do it. I want to thank you because you help me a lot in doing this tutorial. Your way is 100% the easiest way. Thank you again.

    This was the best tutorial. I tried 2 written sets of instructions that were difficult to understand and impossible to follow. I made my first puffy heart thanks somuch!

    These are lovely! Perfect for Valentines Day. I think you could put 3 together to make a shamrock for St. Patrick's Day. I will be trying that. Thanks for sharing!

    Thank you so much for posting this tutorial! I've been looking for an easy to follow video and this is definately it.
    I made one change to the pattern by "stuffing" three 8mm clear rounds into the heart just before my last few closing stitches, it makes the heart even puffier.

    Thank you! I have tried several other patterns and watched a couple of videos and ended up frustrated, as nothing worked. I should have checked your videos first, as they are always clear and concise. Love my new pendant, and can't wait to get started on my Valentine's Day gifts!

    I had a similar problem learning this technique. I did not understand "needle away from beadwork". Maybe right/left would have been easier. I will try it again!

  • @user-ox1xx4kz7v
    @user-ox1xx4kz7v 10 років тому +1

    Amazing, but honestly using a needle for this kind of never came into my mind, it looks more difficult to do them with needle. Whatever, i don't feel any need of it :)
    Thanks for the amazing video, i was looking exactly for this!

    OMG I cannot get the hang of this for the life of me! I really like the heart but I'm having the hardest time for some reason. I guess I don't understand the "needle away from the beadwork vs towards the beadwork" or the "side bead". I think I have my structure turned the wrong way and my string is getting tangled...LOL I have a mess going on here. I'm determined to get this. LOL :-) Your tutorials are so great.

    For a long time I thought that this tutorial and the Wear Your Heart On Your Ring were the same but there not, this has two sets of two round crystals after you make the three sets of boxes and the other tutorial has three sets of two round crystals after the three sets of boxes.

    Hi Kelly, I say the same things Dianne in Chicago said about you. I would like to know if you could show us how to turn the puffy heart into a ring.Take a look at beadifulnight tutorial, I get turned around when she does the cross throughs for the other half of the heart. I thought you could explain it or show it better. I would be very greatful if you can. Thank you so much for all you do. gramajb

    Sorry, you are using a thread, thats why u needet a needle, but i prefer to use a string for that, it's more strong. Maybe making it from thread making it looks more realistic... dunno!?

    I ususally like your videos but this one I find confusing in the part that covers the second part of the heart. Following your instructions I find myself a step short of coming out symmetrical on the second half.. I tried it again thinking I missed something, but nope, the same happend. I found that describing the side you are using for your crossover bead, you are saying "cross through that bead" is the confusing part if as a student you want to doublecheck yourself, which is impossible in this video. It would be better if you could stick with right or left side, perhaps the second side would work out as well. I find this video not clear and I cannot use it.
