I really hope TW3K2 comes out soon. Not only does CA need a win on their hands, but there’s so much history they can explore. And I really hope it didn’t get cancelled… Anyway, I didn’t know Lu Meng was so cool.
Would have loved to see a historically accurate 210 TW3K start date with Liu Bei in the middle of the map. An actual Three Kingdoms start. It always bugged me that he always ends up in the wrong spot.
I also have this kind of thinking, even though its more of a curiousity, would that be the right decision for liu bei to avoid what i think was the start of shu's downfall or maybe that would somehow put liu bei in a disadvantaged position? would be great if ST can give an opinion about it
It's episodes like this that remind me how skewed in favour of Shu the romance is. Who do you think would be the heroes of the novel if it were told from a Wu bias? Gan Ning feels like he should have a reputation as big as Zhao Yun's at times.
Lu Meng is the coolest, him getting screwed over in Total war was insane considering what he got done.

I think their win would probably be a good Med3 or a Empire2. I rather wait for a new engine for Three Kingdoms 2 reboot down the line

Liu Bei was a rascal; could have just given back the Nan Commandery as he promised and things would not have escalated.

Here's hoping some chinese team make a mod for 3k for the actual 3k start date. I just dont think 3k 2 is gonna be a thing till like 2040
