    I get it. Pushing the fluff out and compacting it, also makes the scoop smaller. #thankyou

    How would you typically go about adding sprinkles/toppings to hard-serve Ice Cream? Any time I've done it in the past, especially with cones, the toppings get everywhere except the Ice Cream

      Its hard - and the health department doesnt like you dipping the ice cream into the sprinkles.

    This can also be done intentionally to reduce overrun below the limit of your machine.
    I'm a hobbyist ice cream maker, and I will intentionally do this when scooping if I want to serve a denser product than my machine is capable of producing.
