At around 23:30, when Mick is being affected, there’s a white light that moves from left of the door to the right.
There was also a dark shadow after Daz opened the coal shed door. (Top left).
Both could be nothing, but they definitely stood out.

He actaullly sounded like he has a good singing voice, he just wasn’t showing it cause he was kind of joking around.
Maybe this is just my headphones, but, at 35:00 for a few seconds, daz's voice gets doubled up, there's his voice and then there's a deeper version of his voice. Thought it would be worth mentioning.

I saw that but i do not see a child like figure at all? It jusy looks like an almost cresent shape? Also, it moves at the same speed Daz is changing the zoom. The fact that no one brought it up in person, Daz didn't mention it in post pruction, it is just a curved shape, and it moves at the speed Daz is changing the zoom, it is just the camera and lights more than likely, I'm into photography and have gotten lights like that a bunch in person, cause lenses are curved if a light hits that curve right, you just get that in images sometimes

This NEEDS to be made into a T.V show! Outstanding stuff!!
an advice you should take daz if you see this comment:
1. don’t try to provoke them too much they’ll just want to leave and not have anything to with you
2. try to be calm and answer positive questions.
3. use stories you heard from to be able to communicate with them
4. use EVPS! it’s easier to use a radio through the other world and capture voices easier.
5. you can also use flashlights just a regular flashlight to do a yes and no questions! much more easier to communicate with.
6. stay in groups but split and investigate through the house
And most of all reason why it doesn’t really have much activity because of the energy and vibe you guys give off. It doesn’t like the vibes or energy you gives off it makes them think you are only there to see things and not let them be heard. Sometimes they would like to communicate and be heard. I myself see a lot of you tubers who ghost hunts in many places with equipments and see how they handle spirits, ghosts, and unknown supernaturals. Some would provoke and some would get a lot of activities just by understanding and letting them be heard whilst using ghost advices. I could see things and feel through, even in real life having connections with supernaturals beings. I think it is best if you guys would ask simpler questions and try to have fun with them as well. Just an advice you should do on your next ghost adventure!

re-watching this makes me wanna go back to east drive, it was one of the best experiences i had ever had in any haunted location. Had our fair share of activity.

On a serious note - I’ve seen some ppl have nose bleeds at haunted places before. As well as headaches and/or nausea due to the energy being drained from ppl as well as the pressure that the entity can create.
I can’t have been the only one that got absolutely terrified during this video and decided to look at the comments to calm me down lol

Oh also, you used to be able to book ghost hunts in this house, like £60 a night. At the end of the hunt you could either sleep there or leave. They gave you ghost hunting equipment and allowed you to view their cctv equipment. Fun experience if you're brave enough. No idea if it's still a thing.
I walk past it on my way to work and college. Every time I stop and stare wondering if I will see something.

Future Daz Ghost Hunt idea if possible: Daz I live in Northern Ireland and there’s a place here called “Ballyboley Forest” which is believed to have been a place for satanic rituals and people going missing over the years (especially people out walking their dogs, there’s old news articles about it) I’d love it if you came and tried to debunk this place and see if it really is a myth or a true legend.

I feel bad for Miki bc he experienced his first nose bleed and then started feeling angry as the noise was going off, and he had never felt that way about it before.
Something definitely seems to have some kind of attachment to him that night or something like that. But twice, he was the target.
I can't help but wonder what spirits feel when people who've investigated before return and when investigators visit them for their first time in haunted locations, and if they feel they can share their feelings or show their presence by using someone new or someone they've seen before.
It was so strange, I had a cut inside my nose that I had no idea how it got there.
This was my second time here and was a lot darker, energy wise, than the first time
I did a little pump of fright during this episode.
I am thoroughly enjoying these ghost hunting videos.
I think we should have Nick bring a portable keyboard and just do a small tribute on the piano in every location that has little to no activity as the trademark last resort to bring out the ghosts XD

13:08 reminds me of that one time when I was a bit tipsy and walking down a dark hallway towards my room. I don’t usually close the door to my room, but that time i was in a hurry and for some reason I closed it before leaving the house and i had forgotten it was closed by the time i came back. So my drunk ass just hit the door nose first because I couldn’t tell if it was the black door or just the darkness. First nosebleed. But the pain sobered me up good lol

This house is located in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. I used to live 5 doors from it, 20 East Drive, when I was younger.
I had to walk by it twice everyday to get to school. It gives a very eerie feeling in your stomach just looking at it. A lot of the kids would spread rumours about seeing "white hands" in the windows of the top floor.
I'm glad this house is getting the recognition it deserves.
There was a haunted cabin where I went on a school trip and on the first day we found tons of hand prints of the windows of the cabin

I really love your ghost hunts. You guys could connect a spirit box to some headphones and while one of you is wearing those headphones, others could ask questions and since only one of you can hear the spirit box you can see if anyone (spirit) gives an answer to the previous question asked. Motion sensors, rem-pods, little balls that light up when u move them (don’t know the exact name lmao), flashlights etc… definitely check those out too if you already haven’t :) love u

I'm a 9 minute drive away, from 30 east drive, in a place called Knottingley. There's a surprising amount of haunted locations around here. For example, there is a haunted town hall which is a minute walk from my house, which has had a little boy die and people falling down the stairs to there death. There is also lots of churches around this town hall including a very large church right next to the town hall call st batolph church. All of these places have lots of weird history and have all been here for a very long time.
