Don't want to count calories... Or track every bit of macronutrients that you eat on a daily basis? You don't need to... Live Anabolic- Gary Walker- Will give you some of his best tips to lose weight without counting cals or tracking macros in today's new video.
Morena brother! Likely this question has been askled but I do not have time to search sorry. Here it is: Will this eating strategy work for both men and women? Thanks
Why does almost everyone who advocates or recommends Intermittent Fasting almost always suggest skipping BREAKFAST? It is MUCH EASIER to fast for longer periods of time if you skip DINNER. It's extremely easy to keep busy during the first 10 - 12 hours of a fast (work, activities, watch TV, exercise, etc); then you sleep during the last 6 - 8 hours when a person would tend to become hungriest. To me it makes so much more sense. This way you can workout in a fasted state first thing in the morning at the end of your fast; then break your fast with your post workout meal. 4 to 6 hours later have another meal; then either start your fast; or a few hours later have your last meal. (But having 2 HEALTHY meals max will help in losing body fat). I just don't get all the hoopla, or what's the big whoop dee doo about making sure we eat dinner.
@@vertigohan i agree. I feel that is in all about preference. It doesn't matter what time or meal you choose to begin you IF cycle, as long as you get the hours of IF in. For those of us who are busier during the day, it is actually more convenient to begin our IF cycle by skipping breakfast. For others it may be dinner.
Don't count calories, just don't eat. So every little girl in junior high knows that if you starve yourself you'll lose weight. What's with the so called NEW intermediate fasting? If you do a simple walk in the morning, then eat same effect as if you starve yourself and sit on your ass. Then do a walk after dinner.
How is this good news? I would rather count calories and have a normal life with my family....those are only good ideas for people who have no life, friends and family....basically those are obsessed with diets

Lower stomach is always the problem for us older guys. Too much cortisol. Fasting is very good for that.

For me is easier to skip breakfast because in the mornings I am busier and I am not focused on food. Regards.
