Very cool! Would this work even in a kid app, or does the way it calls functions and such require Tasker?
I think there would be no issue with kid apps, as long as the kid app contains all the necessary tasks...
is there an other way to start a task only through itself? there are task which doesnt have the ability to start itself, like an auto input. i can only start it through a profile. how do i do that
You can run the task inside Tasker for example. You could also add a home screen shortcut to run it. You could run it with a quick setting tile and many other ways,
im also using tasker, right now looking for a way to make a dummy app or custom floating button that will open a popup from tasker when opened but still no luck
hoping for an easily accesible button to open my specific popup filled with shortcuts of apps i usually use instead of slide up > open folder > x app every single time

A very small tweak that might be hugely helpful in the task scene, would be to split the tasks into projects. Would you be able to do this for us?

Is there a way for ChatGPT to handle two tasks simultaneously? For example, if one task retrieves certain data and another task processes that data, can ChatGPT automatically combine these functions after being informed about each task's functionality? Or would additional editing be required to enable this capability?
As far as I know that's not possible to do with this but I'd love to be proven wrong 😅😅
@@joaomgcd I did several tests and found that it's possible . I think the reason why chat gpt couldn't do that was because tasker wasn't sending it the hole conversation history, I noticed that if I add the functions list on the function call response from tasker, chat gpt then knew there's another function it now can call . of course you need to be able to deal with more then one a function call response in tasker but this is the easy part that just needs some adjustments since you already did the hard blessed work for us :)
@@guyossoffer1856 Hhmm, so what exactly do you send to the API after you get back the function call response from them? Just send the history with nothing else added and they'll provide more function calls?

Like tasker does in the first http request . and it worked .
My guess was, chat gpt doesn't save the history of the conversation so on the function call response part chat gpt no longer knows what are the existing optional functions if it needs to send another function call . but for sure the way I did the adjustment worked and I had to adjust the task to be able to deal with more then one function call response in case there was . so the first function Retuned the requested parameters and on the second function call those parameters where delivered by chat gpt as requested and the responses came back accordingly from the second function
I added this to the body variable of the function call response , like exist on the body of the first http request

@@joaomgcd im sorry i typed it wrong , what i really meant was how to to find a service or event (usb is disconnected) .. the service is to kill an app and remove active app in the background.
@@ralphcaseychong2898to kill an app in the background you have to use "Kill App" action, although it requires root or ADB Wifi for it to work :)

You don't need ChatGPT for that. Just create a profile with the "Battery Level" state and in the task use a action. Hope this helps!
