Hi Kyle - for the Comandante, we'd suggest going a couple of clicks finer than you normally would when brewing with the Clever Dripper over ice. Try 26 clicks as a starting point.

What grind setting would this be on the Baratza Encore? How much different would the grind size be compared to hot brew on the clever?

When I'm using a Baratza Encore with my Clever Dripper my hot brews start at 18. So I'd maybe try starting at 16 with this cold recipe, then try going finer until it tastes bitter or astringent.

Hi Joel - for a hot cup of coffee brewed with the Clever Dripper, we'd be opting for 18 on the Baratza Encore. However, if you're preparing a batch of iced filter, we'd suggest starting a couple of clicks finer at 16.
