    I was born with my right leg wrapped around my left leg. The result was lots of doctors visits as they didn't think I would ever be able to walk. Luckily the doctor that was there when I was born did a really good job of straightening my leg out. The result is my right leg is 2.5 inches shorter than my left. My mom took me to a Benny Hinn concert when I was like 8 or 9 to have me "healed". We got up to the steps of the stage and oddly enough they quit taking people up to be healed. That was the day I started seeing through the bullshit...

    • @rhondah1587

      There is a way to lengthen a leg in medical science. They break the bone and surgically place a piece of mesh around the bone so that the bone will grow more bone to fill in the gap. The mesh acts like a scaffold for the new bone to grow. I would assume there is a lot of pain involved in that procedure and a lot of time where your leg would be in a cast.

      @corystern1180 5 місяців тому +4

      @rhondah1587 yeah I had the option to do that in like 6th grade and decided not to. They were going to stick pins in my leg that you turn every day to gradually break the bone till it healed to the correct length. There is probably a better procedure now as this was about 30 years ago.

    The theory of evolution is not at all dependent on the belief that organic material could not be preserved for millions of years. • @owersmenbwroten9813
      @owersmenbwroten9813 5 місяців тому

      Wrong. Creation and it's "design" by God is a scientific fact. You already know what a "design" is, but you want to act like it's a mystery. We know something is designed, due to it’s intelligent order, repetition, complexity, purpose AND the obvious fact that it didn’t arrive by chance, like a wind pattern in the sand or water waves on the beach. Only intelligence produces designed information, such as the high-complexity/high function DNA blueprint design of 9 million DIFFERENT animals, 300,000 DIFFERENT plants and the human being. I will also add that no design or creation is POSSIBLE via primitive nature (e.g. star dust, moist rocks, mud puddles, hot rocks, moon dirt, warm ponds, gravity, oceans, primordial soup, nothing). Atheism debunked.
      If you find evidence of design in an item, you have evidence of a designer. As a designed item needs a designer. God said the same thing in his Word (Romans 1:20).
      Low-complexity formations, such as crystals, snowflakes and wind patterns in the sand, cannot be grouped with high-complexity designed creations, such as the human being that has ALL the co-existent designed bodily systems (circulatory, respiratory, reproductive, pulmonic, digestive, skeletal, muscular, nervous, body (skin), etc., etc.) intertwined in co-dependent order not only in the human body, but in millions of different species on the earth. The reproducing human being is a trillion times more complex than a watch found on the beach.
      The digestive system is a CLEAR DESIGN that's seen in humans and in Millions of animals & sorry pal, but the digestive system didn't come from a moist rock or mud puddle or any other asinine atheist cause/nature/source you want to use. Your atheism and hope of a Godless reality is hereby totally debunked & it was just this easy.

    3:25 nope, the impression she was giving is that she's a good scientist. It looked like she found something (NOT BLOOD) that as far as scientists were aware wasn't possible, so rather than just blurting out that she made a major discovery like a moron, she did her job and tried her hardest to prove herself and her interpretations wrong. That's not bias, that's being responsible.
    And to underline how much this was not her bias.... SHE WAS A CREATIONIST AT THE TIME. It's exactly the kind of thing creationists would jump on, but thanks to figuring out what was actually going on (no, the bone wasn't just a few thousand years old, like creationist bias would scream) she actually stopped being a creationist.

    Creationism: Point out flaws in evolution but give no evidence of my beliefs.

    • @owersmenbwroten9813
      @owersmenbwroten9813 5 місяців тому

      Evolution? I've already debunked new anatomy (evolution). It has never been observed or even proved to be possible. If new anatomy were true, every human, plant & animal would be CLEARLY IN SOME FORM OF TRANSITION and none are. There's not one fossil that's observed to have any form of transition. Evidence for transition simply doesn't exist/can't exist.
      If you and your spouse had a baby tomorrow, we know it's anatomy would not only be IDENTICAL to your anatomy, but it would also be the IDENTICAL anatomy of your ancestors, even if we go back 150 generations. Evolution is simply non-existent; it's a total farce.

    "Yes, very. After we had the data, I didn’t publish for over a year. I was terrified. First of all, I don’t like attention or the spotlight and I knew this was going to get a lot of attention. I’m not surprised that the response of the community has been skeptical, and I guess I’m grateful for that because the scrutiny has made me much more cautious and therefore, made me a much better scientist. I go above what is usually required to validate my data before I publish-my colleagues are just doing their jobs to be skeptical, a scientist’s job is not to prove things but to question them."

    How does god express his love to a bunch of organisms that came about billions of years after a small planet came about orbiting a sun that came about billions of years after the universe came about?
    Well, first, he would send some physical avatar, impregnating a teenager wothout consent, during a pretty primitive time in the culture of the organism, in a tiny location on the planet for a tiny fraction of time. And then he would cause that avatar to be killed and say that it was all done to erase the "sins" of those organisms. But don't erase those sins and require them to admit that they are "sinners". The most obnoxious scientific assertion possible was that the Universe is *not* infinitely old.
    One of the most skilled and imaginative cosmologists, the astrophysicist Fred Hoyle, said "You mean it all just started with a Big Bang?" or words to that effect. The proposition was so shocking that he and two others calculated what rate of matter creation, presumably of hydrogen atoms mostly in empty space (of which there's plenty) would be required to balance the thinning out of the expansion we can observe. It turned out to be too small to have been noticed, or observable.
    But their Steady State Theory, which available evidence then did not refute, implied that a sufficiently ancient sample of a more densely populated Universe would refute it. When a sufficiently distant big sample was detected, the majority of astrophysicists including Hermann Bondi, one of the Steady State three, concluded it was the Big Bang indeed that was the First Event, implying that it alone was the only event that Did Not have a cause.

    “She was having a hard time getting the slices to stick to a glass slide, so she sought help from a molecular biologist at the university. The biologist, Gayle Callis, happened to take the slides to a veterinary conference, where she set up the ancient samples for others to look at. One of the vets went up to Callis and said, “Do you know you have red blood cells in that bone?” Sure enough, under a microscope, it appeared that the bone was filled with red disks. Later, Schweitzer recalls, “I looked at this and I looked at this and I thought, this can’t be. Red blood cells don’t preserve.””

    People don’t get the point. You have to first disbelieve EVERYTHING until proven! What’s so hard to understand?

    "God's creation is obvious, so you must believe in it. And then you must believe everything else that I say to you, no matter what and never ask me any questions. And you need to give me power over your life, doing only those things that I give you permission to do. And you need to give me money!" "My god says so."

    This lady was nervous about making a scientific discovert and she was nervous, therefore science dosen't accept new info and the other scientists wanted evidence, therefore science dosen't accept new information? What?

    an imaginary character is not able to create something in reality.
    sad that theists claim they have a method to identify a creator from a creation, until that method is challenged and tested, then the method is exposed to be invalid.

    Creationists have been deliberately misrepresenting Mary Schweitzer's work for years now. Funny how Mary herself, a Christian paleontologist, disagrees with those misrepresentations. The only thing the caller has demonstrated here is his gullibility.

      And Schweitzer is VERY Christian; Aron Ra interviewed her on this topic and there were a few places where she made bible-related assertions you could tell Aron wanted to jump on, but didn't & couldn't because she was his invited guest.

    What science has disproven the existence of even a God who is believed to withhold evidence of divinity intentionally?
    This is not determining whether black holes exist, where it’s not believed that a black hole is sentient who has the ability to choose whether or not to show up.
    This is regarding determining whether there is a sentient being with tremendous power and complete knowledge, who is capable of making choices such as withholding evidence of their divinity on purpose in order for us to be in a position where we can rely on faith in that God.
    So, how can the scientific method even be applied to making a reliable assessment as to whether such a being exists.
    If it cannot really be applied to determining if such a being exists, then who are you to automatically condemn relying on faith and trying to see if one gets an assurance of truth when the scientific method cannot be applied to determining whether or not if such a God exists?

    If prayer worked, we wouldn’t need hospitals or transportation.
    We could use prayer to heal and transport ourselves or any object anywhere we wanted.
