Sir... Ur judiciary video.. Help us a lot.... Speaking power is very simple.. Nd everyone understood ur video... Manytimes i see ur video..... Help me a lot
The simple and simple method you had used to follow in previous days where you sit in a place and do the entire video without any cut and when you was not soo much professional, those videos are best. Try to follow that again... Respect from ASSAM. Un videos ko dekh ke hi parhne ka man karta tha, aur aisa bhi lagta tha ap abhi ek deep study karke uthe hain
*SIR PLEASE NEGLIGENCE KE UPAR VIDEO BANA DO MUJHE SAMAJH NHI AA RHA ...BAAKIN VIDEOS UA-cam PR KAFI CONFUSING H* Mujhe sirf aapka acche se samajh aata h
Feedback: The video is good, informative and useful. It would be better, if u also provide Case Laws with it in video or else in description or 1st comment.
Hello Sir, Hope you are doing well. I must say that I love the way you explain complex topics in a lucid & easy to understand language. I have watched all your videos, that enabled me to develop a conceptual clarity on the topics covered by you. I want to build a career in academics and someday may be teach like you. To be very honest I can't get into judiciary as I have crossed the requisite age threshold. Currently I am pursuing a 3 year law course, while working in a Financial Corporation. I have completed the 1st year of my LLB. I always had a passion for law, however, couldn't follow up with that as I had a lot of family responsibilities to discharge. There was a lot of turbulence in my career as I had to earn bread & butter for my family after my father's early demise. Now, I want to focus on the study of law. I want to also complete LLM and get into academics full time. Could you guide me how should I approach this goal. Is NET compulsory after LLM if I want to teach? How much of a role does age play if one wants to start a career in academics.? I would be really grateful to you if you can guide me in my endeavor. Best Regards
Sir, do Indian law completely presumes that '' Accused is innocent untill proven guilty ''? If yes, then why, before the conviction by a court, the person of accused may be after not furnishing the terms of bond and bail, kept under the judicial custody for half or full term of alleged offence's punishment as prescribed under IPC even after 90 days of judicial custody? According to Section 167 and 436 a Cr. PC. What if he proved innocent after spending whole punishment time in jail? And If No, Why this statement is mostly made in the court of law? Please explain. Thanks
Sir pls make videos on more topics like taxation, labour law etc there r so many videos on u tube but noone explains the way u explain...i used to watch ur videos only during my exms and score good marks..Thanks a lot sir
2:24 not 57 but in section 61 of CrPC, 61. Person arrested not be detained more than twenty four hours. No police officer shall detain in custody a person arrested without warrant for a longer period than under all the circumstances of the case is reasonable, and such period shall not, in the absence of a special order of a Magistrate under section 167, exceed twenty four hours exclusive of the time necessary for the journey from the place of arrest to the Magistrate's Court.
I have a question related to clause 5 of section 167. I would like to know whether the person is going to remain in the custody during the course of investigation ie 6 months? Thanks
Depends upon the punishment.. it the punishment is of more than 10 year than he'll get the custody of 90 days where as 60 days custody for the offence which has Maximum punishment less than 10 years
Trail is held in sessions or lower courts only in which trail goes on n framing of charges alteration of charges or discharge of accused is part of trail.. so it restricted to trail court only..
Hi Najeeb Bhai..I love the way of your teaching..I am neither a law student nor working in this domain but I have developed interested in law after watching your excellent videos.
