go over to the modifiers tab where you added the array modifier under the tab relative offset adjust the factor x slider to the left until you get the desired fit I hope this resolves your issue👍

Why when i try to scale my object in blender it just gets thinner instead on smaller ?

sounds like you scaling by pressing ALT + S just press s to scale while in object mode and it should do the trick

blender doesn't give us an option for that file extension as an export but i think zmodeler can help with that i saw some tutorials on how to import models from blender into gta 5
