The hood spacers are for a supercharger kit. The supercharger doesnt fit underneath so you need to lift your hood a bit.

The hood spacers are an old-school hot-rodding technique for better cooling in the bay. I suppose it could be for clearance and aesthetics as well.
I’ve got pretty much the same setup on my rsx type s and it made 253 wheel. Lots of fun!

Hasport upper torque mount and lower rear mount are a must, especially with your mods.

Where you get your window rain guards?
Acuity 1-way short shifter is decent enough, no need for the 3-way IMO.
Invest in a MDP clutch pedal brace as the clutch is known to crack at the base.

Yes. And no. If you drive normal your good obviously but if you step on it a lot which it’s very hard not too on this car cause it’s fun af you’ll still have somewhat good miles but will Drain the gas
I just don't see any logical benefit to hood spacers besides to evacuate more heat from engine bay, however not really increasing aerodynamic efficiency. 🤔

Realistically the drag cartel cams well I think makes it 250hp. 220 most with just the injectors. I have light wheels and 550cc injectors, fuel rail stock doesn’t really matter for now, stock intake thou I want to upgrade it all it does is increase throttle response nothing that much except like maybe 5hp and that’s with the type S 3.7 body. Otherwise turbo the car and be gapping people. Already do gap some turbo cars. Nothing German thou unless your turbo. Very fast and one of the best NA cars
With my injectors and intake ruffly like 6 sec 0-60 which can Almsot compare to newer cars with turbos which is crazy
How the vibration with the ported oil pump ?
One of the purposes of hood spacers is extracting hot air from the engine bay... consequently, lower the engine temperature

i beg to differ, stock radio sounds so damn good. i had premium audio in my fg1 i loved it but it got totaled, my fg2 came with a pioneer and its a downgrade :(

@@DiogoFG2 nice. Does the 2.2 make the 2.0 peaky power wise? I keep seeing people say 2.2 and up cams to use a k24 otherwise you’d have almost no mid range
@@d0mochi a worker from dragcartel recommended me to get the 2.2 over the 3.2 because the 3.2 would lose power midrange since the cams are to big for stock 2.0L. Those were the exact words the worker said to me right there.

I made 244whp with 2.2 cams. I have a 4piston ported oil pump I’ve yet to install. Should get me over the 250whp mark once installed.

What’s the point of the fuel rail and injectors? Is it necessary you running 250hp that’s slow af
for all motor it’s not that slow. light car and more hp it’ll definitely move pretty quick
Fuel rail kinda a support mod for when you get a turbo but even so 250hp is quick in this civic there a reason why they use these engines a lot in track battles.
