Hello Anthony Sir, if you are a US Citizen you probably do not need Iraq Visa, though I would advice you to confirm with the embassy of Iraq in your City or Country. If you are an Indian then You need to apply for Iraq Visa From the Embassy either from India or USA. you can either choose a travel agent or do personally but I would advice you to go through an agent for smooth visa process. from Mumbai or Delhi you can book your flight to Najaf International Airport or Baghdad International Airport. Then from their take a local bus or taxi to Karbala. I hope this helps.
