    What a joy you are to watch as your enthusiasm is catchy. I have purchased most of your favorite things over the last couple of years and mostly for the same reasons. I too love fabric. I love to look, touch and create with it. Thank you for being my go to teacher. You clear on your instructions and a pleasure to sew with.

    I just purchased the Panasonic cordless iron. I just it! Thanks for recommending it! It just glides over my fabric, it's lightweight, great steam. I have nothing bad to say about it at all. Thanks again.

    Thanks Erica for a great year of sewing with you. I loved your opinion on products. Although we do differ in some things, it's not because I don't like what you use, simply that I maybe can't buy it so easily here or I've never really tried it. So, food for thought if I ever get disillusioned with what I'm using. One thing I do like is Olfa cutters. I'm left handed and my hands are small and even I find them great to use and change the blades of. Wishing you a very happy Christmas and see you next year.

    I switched to the Panasonic cordless as well. My Rowenta’s did the same thing and it frustrated me to no end. I love my Olisa as well. I’m a notion junkie so I probably have 5 irons but my fav are the Panasonic cordless and the Olisa.

    I didn’t care for the it’s sew Emma stash box until I glued a magnet strip onto the bottom. I have a magnetic table top I bought so everything stays put. The stash box no longer falls on its side due to notion weight distribution or me trying to pull a notion out of it. Yay!!!

    I love your idea of buying the white fabric by the bolt! I found your link to the fabric. I don’t see an option for purchasing by the bolt. Or do I just order how many yards are on the bolt? If so....how many yards are on the bolt? I read somewhere 15....but I’m not sure if that’s true for all fabrics.

    • @erica_arndt

    Confused with which iron you recommend: the cordless or Iso

    • @erica_arndt
      @erica_arndt  2 роки тому +1

      I prefer the Oliso at this point. The cordless is nice because it is cordless, but after about a year it stopped heating as well. My Oliso has been going strong for a few years now.

    What are the alphabitties used for?

    • @erica_arndt
      @erica_arndt  2 роки тому +1

      You use them to label your cut out fabric pieces so they don't get mixed up before you sew them together. I label all of the pieces in my patterns to help make them easier to follow.

      I haven't used the 300, but the G220 is the newer model of mine: amzn.to/2sNzfXR that said, I think most Juki machines are pretty good, and I did test the 300 in a store and it was pretty nice :)
