    I find men are usually the pleasers at the beginning of the relationship, but that quickly subsides. Then, women become the ones bending over backwards. That's just my experience though. I also find that a really easy way to spot whether a relationship is healthy or not is by seeing if one partner is doing most of the talking. If partners don't have a 50/50 split when it comes to talking and listening, one of them is definitely not being heard which breeds resentment and dysfunction.

    It's hard to take this talk seriously unless you know the reason for the breakup. Did the people pleaser simply take back the other person after they sowed their wild oats?

      Nope. we actually both went into the space of understanding the deeper patterns preventing us from moving forward. Quite the opposite of sowing our wild oats. We dove deep into ourselves -- not other people 😉
