Heh heh, love it when you're screaming running down the street. If you are going to rely so heavy on spikes, start mining iron. Parkour, jumping 2-3 high is so nice. It gets you over fences ect, You mean effectively evading in the time it takes to say Bob's your uncle... no more stamina required. I think it is especially important in this playthrough. Testosterone, you mean from the Bear you pretended you didn't want to tangle with.🙂
Just a few bumps in the road, mostly with the wild animals. This is the snow biome and it is tougher. Thanks for the great episode you are doing great! Glad you are having fun too! 😁😆😃
This new playthrough of yours @FireSonggamer has me sitting on the edge of my seat. I'm screaming at you, "Run!" LOL, I've never seen you die so many times in all your 7 DTD! Well played, all the same. Thank You For All of your 7 DTD Streams.
Hi FireSong, if you keep rocks on your toolbar, you can throw them to distract the zombies AND some of the animals to lure them away from you. Enjoying your unique playthroughs, as always. Cheers!
Perhaps an idea or suggestion, when you have have a train of zombies chasing you down to your base. You could either build a bridge from one of the buildings close to your base. Kite then into the building.. knock down possible walls to get to you.. then cross your bridge over to your base. Hopefully, they just destroy the fake build. Or build a tunnel to get into your base from another building. Or out for that matter. Keep it up FireSong, you can do it
This is brutally difficult. As for the mechanical parts, you're just going to have to find them in loot (cars and Working Stiffs are your best bet). Traders don't sell them and the only thing I know of that scraps to them are engines which you can't get without a wrench. I'd suggest you make a whole bunch of spike traps, set a few down, jump into those low level POI's and agro the Zeds into your traps, then loot as much as you can. That seems a viable strategy for now.
Fetch jobs are your goal but don't go inside the rooms basically triggering the sleepers. Instead 'nerf-pole' on the outside to the correct elavation , find the wood walls or go through the roof tiles. Don't fight the dogs/cougars/bears they gonna kill you no matter what. Go up on stuff and remember fences are your friend, hopping over side to side whilst putting bleed on your foe.🙂 And always keep an eye on your stamina.
Thank you. Yep, animals are tricky to get away from. You kinda have to face them and fight in certain scenarios. They're just too fast. I need more alternativ ways to fight.
I haven't done it in a while but I've not had a problem stashing stuff at the trader in the past. If they're resetting and wiping container contents on you that is probably due to chunk reset configuration, I usually keep it turned off in my games because I generally find chunk resets immersion breaking.
the running down the street screaming was HILARIOUS

Patkour is a life saver. The most powerful skill in the game, I will argue.

Thank you. This challenge is interesting so far. :)

I'm on the edge of my seat too. It's dangerous out here.
The 4 zombies were the birds..
Ahhh. Tha makes sense.
Well hydrated and not infected is a decent way to end the day.
Thanks. Yes. Finally a good moment.

Adding .. only if they are not yet aggro'd
Thank you!! Great idea and I will try it for sure. Anything to help me survive. :)

@@SaltyRagnarPureB100d Thank you.
👍
Woot.
Investing in a learning elixir before redeeming quests is very helpful early game.
Thanks. Good idea. I don't have much money to buy anything and the recipe is very far away. But it would be nice to get more xp.
Best mountain lion death ever lol
Yep, that mountain lion was pretty cool, just the way he entered and made me a helpless prey. Lol!!
There is a nerd armor piece that doubles your book reads
Thanks.

Thanks for the tip on scrapping the engine. I did not know that. That helped alot.
Most people have bad luck getting infected by animals but they keep treating your infections.
Death is the cure.

Shouldn't use storage inside the trader.. I think it gets reset with his inventory. Not 100% sure

Thank you. Chunk reset is off and loot respawn is off. I do believe that will keep the cars from resetting. :)
Hey if you use the meat and water to boil your meat it will do a little water an food
Thank you.
