AP14 FSU Learner Moped Rider Over Speed Limit and Far Too Close

Great ride today, finding new bits of the Cambridge cycling network. Only one person wanted to spoil it, a learner on a moped who really needs to learn a lot more before being allowed a proper license.
This highlights a hole in the Chisholm Trail. This section of road is planned to be part of it. It's notorious for issues like this where drivers speed and are not careful around vulnerable road users.
