What ink are you currently using in the sawgrass sg500 for printing onto the DTF Film without it smearing the ink? I've got a Sawgrass SG1000 with Easysubli Ink and when I go to print it through the print manager my prints tend to smear the ink.
Let me get this right So you're using a sublimation printer DTF paper and DTF adhesive? Love this keep your videos coming, you are awesome dude. Thank you👌
I seen you wait till the tshirt cools then press and then press again so you actually press twice and you don’t have to cure it, just letting you know what I saw… great video
Can I use a common Ricoh Aficio SG 2100 sublimation printer? I have one like this but the colors are not so good and the final print after print on tshirt is cracked. What I'm doing wrong or is this print metod not good enough?
My colors are vibrant using the sg500. Look at my next 2 videos I give some crucial info to get successful prints every time. However it’s your decision if the results are good enough.
@@noirkcb Hi, nice video but I do see the roller marks that Daniel Dishman is referring to. They are the black streaks going down the face and legs of your print. Do you have those streaks on all of your prints.
Hmmm 🤔. Interesting Never tried and I do not see it would not work. After all this it’s sublimation to dtf. However I would skip the dtf method and just use sublimation if I’m using a mug. Thanks for watching and your support🤘🏾🤘🏾

Maybe i missed this point in your video but the film you are using is cold peel or hot peel?
Cold peel my friend
I seen you wait till the tshirt cools then press and then press again so you actually press twice and you don’t have to cure it, just letting you know what I saw… great video
Check out some of my newer DTF/SUBLIMATION video. Progressive in my opinion. Wash test as well.
Yes it’s a cold peel for sure to get good results
Too much trouble for me😂😂. You’re ok with the printer roller marks?
I actually had to do a cleaning. No more roll marks

Good work
Thank you for the compliment and support!!
Hey there thanks for the vid, how do the colours hold up after several washes?
I did a wash and dry Video as well. Nice video. Thanks for watching and the support. 🤘🏾🤘🏾
How do you keep rollers marks from being in the print?
It’s not an issue with my sawgrass sg500.
@@noirkcb Hi, nice video but I do see the roller marks that Daniel Dishman is referring to. They are the black streaks going down the face and legs of your print. Do you have those streaks on all of your prints.
No just that one….
What printer setting did you use? My colors aren't popping like they should.
I have a Sawgrass Sg500 and I use the default settings. This printer is everything in my opinion🤘🏾🤘🏾
I'm curious which way do you think is better the one with the DTF paper and glue or the glitter sublimation?
I’m liking the DTF method because the ink feels good to touch like screen print.
Ok thank you for your preference, I just ordered both
My question is with this printing process does this require mirroring our images when printing onto the DTF?
Yes this requires you to mirror your image just like HTV
After I peel it comes out grainy what could be causing this? It's like all the ink is not sticking to the fabric. Thanks
Let it cure longer until it has a orange peel looking texture 🤘🏾🤘🏾
@@noirkcb okay I'll give it a try been quite a frustrating few day.
@@noirkcb btw I let it cure for 5mins at 170c
@@zsackbrayley7772 ua-cam.com/video/7zs3p1fhFjc/v-deo.html I explained how I cure my transfers in this video…check it out 🤘🏾🤘🏾
I give wash test results
TFS👍🏽
It’s real
Which dtf paper to use??
Film and adhesive from NGOODIES
Use a Griddle
Thank you for your comment 🤘🏾🤘🏾
