Hey hun, thank you for sharing your experience. Good job. 👍🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾. The only tip I want to share is ... If your cutter can do - Print Then Cut - try cutting your sub pic to match your htv cut. And since all heat transfer vinyl has some shrinkage, test to see the ratio you need to increase your vinyl to match your sub print. Ex: make the htv 10% bigger than sub image boarder ... or make it 8% bigger. 😉🤗 Test the theory withs different small shapes circles, stars, odd cut images, etc.

Love your video. Your shirt came out beautifully. When I sub on glitter htv, I trim my image transfer to make it easier to align with the htv, and then tape.

nice instruction on folding tshirt then placing folded HTV in the groove. smart move. Love the sublimation onto the glitter paper for a nice effect. Would love to know how the image held up to a washing.

Hey BlaccyStone. Your excitement is so genuine and you have a great positive attitude! Super work on that T! The image absolutely pops. Does using the vinyl underneath the sublimation print decrease the longevity of the image on the continental shirt? My understanding is that the advantage of sublimation printing on synthetic fabric is that the ink bonds with the synthetic making it last at least twice as long on the fabric washings. Thanks for making the video.
I really enjoy making and sharing videos. The excitement comes from not really knowing the results of sublimation. I need to do a wash test in order to answer your question but since HTV Glitter is made with polyester the sublimation ink should last for the life of the shirt. That’s the Hack the substrate is made with a certain percentage of polyester.
May I suggest you place the garment with the glitter or and other such material on a flat light table or tablet (A3) OR American size equivalent. So you will all way register/match shape!
Is any possible way you can please share brand of material you use, y bought htv glitter and htv vinyl and my image definitely didn’t came out so good, the color mine give me was like pastels but it looks like and old sublimation 😅 but yours looks AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩
I would have cut some of the excess paper off the sublimation paper leaving enough at the bottom or top to be able to maneuver, grab and position it. I also would have not lined this up under the press for the hot reasons you stated. Its good great video I both liked and subscribed

I can’t believe I placed it just right myself. But I used witness marks and it came out perfectly. Suggestion if you having problems make your image a little bigger than the htv and your placement will be just right.
Would the glitter show thru the design? And is this process just for white/light colored shirts? I'm looking for sublimation on dark colored shirts as well

I only tried Siser glitter htv rainbow color or white. If the htv color is light colored enough the print will be vibrant after sublimation is applied 🤘🏾🤘🏾
I use glitter vinyl for girls stuff, my husband and son wouldn’t wear glitter no way, they have a spray that I use and it’s amazing for any color 100% cotton

Any color shirt. And the glitter gives a bling reflection to your design. This option works on dark colored shirts.

Can you use a Dark color Tshirt and still use the background
Absolutely. The color of the shirt is not a factor. It’s the htv glitter. Sublimation is applied to the htv not the shirt. 🤘🏾🤘🏾
