Such an awesome vid Ken, in so many ways! Fantastic boxcar challenge entry! I love those military boxcars!! Such great stories of your family’s military history. Thank you for your Service! And as always, I love seeing the ladies of your layout! 🚂🇺🇸😎
@@naxshack Thank you Brian. I don’t have much military rolling stock. Im usually not a fan of military trains. But I do like those Menards pinup boxcars. They were so affordable also. Thanks for watching and commenting. Ken
@@joeystrains.9316 Thanks Joey. I usually use Lionel smoke juice. Mainly because my local train store don’t stock smoke juice. So when I put my preorder inn. I order smoke juice also. I usually get it 15 to 20 percent cheaper than I can find it anywhere online.
Nice entry Ken! I have a bunch of those Menards WWII boxcars because I collect militaria from WWII and boxcars, so I figured "why not". Anyway, thank you for your service Ken! 😊
@therosejewelrailroad489 I know I have over 200 O gauge boxcars and about the same number in HO, plus quite a few N gauge ones and a couple in G gauge. I love boxcars!
@@Ed-ICE-Berg Thanks. The Menards boxcars were the easiest to dig out. From there my mind was thinking about WW2 and my Dad. I still remember the story you told about your brother making the ultimate sacrifice during WW2. So thank you and your brother for your service also. Ken
@@TheTrainFool Most of my figures came from eBay. I’ve used many different sellers. Almost all of them from China. Usually takes awhile for them to arrive. They are fun to add to your layout. Ken
Nice, Ken, I really like the World War II themed box cars, very nice indeed! Your layout is looking great. Enjoyed your video and I could tell that you had a good time making it. I'm glad you participated in this year's Holiday Box Car Challenge. Ken, you can proudly say, "Bill B., I did it!" Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! @@huntercoleman460 Thank you and Thank you. Menards cars are getting better quality. The older ones have weak couplers. I’m so glad Menards is in the o gauge game. Ken
