Awsum video 💥💥subscribed💥💥 🚂🚃🚋🚃🚋🚃🚋👍
Nice run Ken
Thanks. It was a fun video to make. Ken
Great fun , it is great to see everyone running their postwar sets,
Yes it is. Did I see the same 2065 set on your channel? Thanks for watching and commenting. Ken
@@therosejewelrailroad489 LOL , yes I have that set and the set with green cars, and because of the proportions they look great on a small layout
Great looking steamers Ken!! Cool stories too!!
Thanks. I find the stories behind the trains can be just as interesting as the train themselves. Ken
Definitely!!
Awesome Post War Train Run. I would love to have some of those old catalogs. I have two post war engines currently.👍🙏🔥💪❤️🇺🇸
@@RABSTRAINS Thanks. I wasn’t going to collect catalogs. But they are fun to find different sets and put together Lionel history. Ken
If you need smoke pills Hennings Trains is making them again.
No I have pills also. Most of my post war have been converted to a modern style smoke unit. But the smoke fluid also works well in older conventional smokers. But thanks for letting me know. Ken
I have a 2065 that I bought used it pulls 14 cars around my 5x8 layout at 12 volts.
@@radarditti560 Yes the 2065 is a well built locomotive. Thanks for watching. Ken
I was Running my EP5 Newhaven tonight , Cool Catalog (:
@@train-addict4656 Thanks . I have a lot of catalogs. I probably could do some videos just showing them. Thanks for watching. Ken
Great run Ken! I’m expecting my Menards Milwaukee Road F3 to come in next week.
@@Ed-ICE-Berg Nice! You’re going to like it.
Great looking Train’s 👍 busy time on the rail road 😁
Thanks. As you already know. Those postwar trains need to run faster making them look busier.
Those locos look to run like brand new!! Very cool Ken!!
@@naxshack Thanks. I try to score post war trains that have been taken care of. Even at a great price I know I would never be happy with obvious rough looking trains. I really like finding them in a set also. I don’t necessarily need the boxes. But just something I can be proud to look at.
Amazing postwar running session! Great video Ken!
@@TwistedMacGyversTrains Thanks felt good to handle the transformers.
Thanks for sharing ,I have a lot of post war engines mostly steam and love magnatraction over traction tires.
@@radarditti560 Post war were ahead of there times. Well built toys! I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Ken
The Rose Jewel Railway has done it again.Very well done 👍
@@OgaugeTrainsplusslotCars Thank you. Means a lot.
Nice collection of postwar engines.
@@DRCRailroard Thanks I don’t have Facebook. So I watch Craigslist. But I might have to get on board with Facebook. More and more people are abandoning Craigslist for Facebook market place. Ken
Love the post war sets and your videos but my question is about that flat car with the WW2 era plane where did you get that or did you make it yourself
Thank you. There is 2 of those ww2 flat cars with planes. They are hand made. I can’t take credit for them though. I bought them from my hobby shop. The story is. The gentleman that built them was going from O scale to HO scale. There were 4 of the cars originally. I only seen and bought the last 2. Ken
I see a Texas Special on your shelves. Is that a post war unit. If so, what kind of passenger cars are with it?
That is a newer lion chief train. Finding a nice looking post war version of that train is on my bucket list. Ken
@ I have one coming, but has some paint chips. Has been serviced though. I will do a video once I receive it. Just the engine and dummy units.
Awesome seeing all those post war trains in one place. Very, Very Nice!🔥🔥👍🙏❤️💪🇺🇸 Thank You for the run🙏
Thank you. They are timeless toys! Ken
Very nice Ken! My collection comprises mostly of late prewar to early postwar, roughly 1936-1955. I have very few trains on shelves, as I prefer to display my collection of railroad art, so as I've gotten older it has become difficult to change trains out on the layout. Anyway, I really enjoyed this video. While the new stuff is nice, I don't get too excited about it, unless it's HO, which is my main passion! 😊
The older Lionel stuff has got so much charm. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Ken
Can't get enough of postwar! Great run, Ken!
Thanks. They are run to collect. Ken
Postal with postwar 😂. Those are great sets! I'm scared of postwar 'cause if I buy one, I won't stop....
@@UncleSalty-nz5uk They are addicting. I grew up with cheaper later postwar sets. Then I decided I wanted a couple older post war to round out my collection. But just holding the locomotive in my hand was like holding an older quality wrench in my hand. Also the weight of them I loved that feeling and now if I can get a complete set at a deal. I got to have them. Thanks for watching this video.
I wonder what voltage you were running it at when you first got it and what voltage you are running at now when you said the problem started. Is it possible your power source isn't applying as much voltage now as it was?
Thanks for watching this older video: I verified it was in the locomotive. It did the same thing on ac or dc. I like running my command engines slow anyway. But it will go fast enough for me if I ask it. I just didn’t want it to get any worse. Ken
Awesome! Long live electric trains!😁
@@KenSeguin-ur9zb Thank you. I hope people are model railroading 100 from now. Ken
Very cool Ken!! Always love a tour of your layout!! 👀😎
@@naxshack Thanks. It’s nice to see around layouts on you tube I feel.
Nice layout tour Ken! It's fun looking at all of the details! 😊
@@johnlazar7582 Thanks John. I’m having fun with the layout. It’s never finished.
Outstanding Train Running Session. Love It👍🙏🔥❤️💪🇺🇸
Thanks. Means a lot coming from you. Ken
@ Thanks Ken👍👍❤️🙏🔥
Great run Ken 👍, great video beautiful scenery
@@ELWtrains Thanks. I’m definitely having fun with the scenery.
Fantastic!
Thanks. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Ken
I watched your video on my TV but responding to you on my phone. I enjoyed the action on your layout. I wanted to ask you about the Milwaukee Road streamliner that is running with a freight contest. Can you tell me who made that model? Merry Christmas bless your family.
You must be talking about my 753 mikado from an earlier video. That one was in the Lionel catalog of 2023 volume 1. It is a lionchief model. I talk about that one more in depth on an earlier video. Thanks for watching and commenting. Ken
and best caboose goes to...11:58 ha!
LOL. I had to go back and look at 11:58. I knew I had my Milwaukee Road smoking caboose on the rails. But yes there is a lot of other nice caboose’s on the layout. Some guys are more about the melons. I’ve always been more about the cabooses.😂Ken
Milwaukee road stuff looks awesome! Great run!
@@UncleSalty-nz5uk Thanks. I’m glad Menards entered into the locomotive competition.
@therosejewelrailroad489 Menards is exactly what we need in the hobby right now....
I didn't know they made the pin up cars cool.
@@dennisfly1 Yes. I don’t think they are offering them at present. But sometimes they reissue them. Thanks for watching. Ken
Nice run, I enjoyed watching! Happy new year 👍🏻
@@OldcampRanch Thanks. I hope you have a happy new year also. Ken
You are halirious Ken, zooming in the lovely scenery😂😂!

I like what your doing full watch and a like.
Thanks. I try to keep it entertaining. Ken
Ken I love your layout especially when you do certain close-ups! 😂😉💯
Im having fun for sure. Glad you like it. Ken
Very nice enjoy thanks for sharing
I’m glad you enjoyed my video. Ken
Like it! Hard to beat those prices.
Yes Menards is helping keep that bottom price point down. I’m glad they’re in the game. I hope that Lionel can still compete and stay in the starter set game though also.
Congrats on your Menards train set Ken! Looks and runs great! 👍
They definitely are worth the money. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Guss Hadley got that set a while back but I didn't realize it did not come with a caboose. Gotta have a caboose!
Yes. I haven’t seen a caboose on a train other than excursion train since the 70s. But I always like a caboose at the end of my freight train. Ken
This is how you entertain with Trains.Good job.Nice continuous running session
@@OgaugeTrainsplusslotCars Thanks. I try with my videos to keep it entertaining. It don’t always end up that way.
Great Lionel Christmas train run. The Milwaukee Road is beautiful, Merry Christmas. _Steve
