- Hey all! I'm currently having audio issues with my laptop/phone so sorry if the sound quality is a bit rubbish. Also, have been made aware that when I film videos using my phone I don't actually look at the camera... will try to rectify that!

This is a simple thought shift/reframe that really helped me on those days in recovery when my body image was rubbish and I was struggling with the weight gain. Hope you find it helpful!

I like to reframe ‘what is this food/change/growth doing TO my body’ and flip it to ‘what is this food/change/growth doing FOR my body’
Basically just flipping from negging to positiving!
