This is casino food court wonder is expensive, if in the restaurants prices should be cheaper pho only $13.99 and up. I have ate pho and bottle water cost me $24.95 at casino Las Vegas.

pho is pretty expensive nowadays even in Texas. Normal pho used to be $9, the pho with big beef rib was around $14 just a few years ago. Now, you are looking at to pay at least 50% more. Plus the 10% tax and 20% tip for each meal,plus a side dish……..it is what is it.
