5 inch has a deeper tone more of a rumble, the 4 inch you hear more of the turbo. I prefer the 4 inch. If you shop around you can get a diamond eye Exhaust with muffler for about 260 on eBay. We got Josh's in eBay, and probably is his next MOD since it is just sitting in his garage at the moment. They do say if you are planning on over 500 HP the 5 inch is preferred.
6.0 Bros that’s great feedback. Turbo noise all the way for me I think. That’s a great price for that, definitely going to hit up eBay. Oh yea! That will be a cool mod 👍

Sweet. Happy your 6.0 made it back home. You might look behind the bottom weatherstripping on the doors. It’s a common place for rust too.
I just watched a video after I read this of someone removing it, it could be hiding a bunch along the bottom 👍 I think I like these better without that molding too

Did you have to have any of the door jams done as well, or was it confined to the doors?

That Powerstroke Bloke I ended up taking the spare out of the F250 to do that dual set up. Don’t think I could put it back now that it’s a dump set up lol
alwaysup2late yeah I wouldn't think so with the tips hanging down .
nobody makes a dual setup for the X. and I'm pretty sure a 5 inch will not fit between the rear shock and the fuel tank skid. I don't think they make a 5 inch. but good luck.
