Btw KB I won this in the drawing and put it on my Palmetto state AR-10. I switched out the turret for the 308 turret and zeroed this in last year. Been happy with it so far!

This is my favorite AR scope at a $200 price range. The scope is assembled in S.Korea and anybody who deals with Korean Mfg. know that their attention to the deets is second to none. The optical clarity is amazing for the $ and this thing screams long range tactical goodness (again, for the price)! And I love that camera that you are using! Wonder if my wife will let me buy one, it being a necessity and all🤣

I always start off with 10 yard zero . Put 2 dots 1.9" apart . Aim for the top dot and impact on bottom dot . This will give you 50/200 zero. Even if you goal is not 50/200 thus will still get you super close . Never ever waste any ammo every again .

Timely that I found this review. I got this scope two weeks ago, for use on my new 18 inch, 6.5 Grendel Build. Like the fact I have the one with multiple caliber turrets. You always give good reviews on whatever product you're testing.
Pass on to Optics Planet, they're a little slow on shipping. Guys like me love to order and get they order delivered in a week (7 business days), when available. My one order from O.P. took too long.

Ive actually got the older version of this 3-12x that has the bdc reticle but also has the turrets that are marked for shooting out to 600yds. One of the first ar scopes i bought a long time ago. Now pretty much everything i own has some form of primary arms acss reticle, Funny you post this video because just a couple days ago my son was going through my parts and we ended up putting him together a 20" 224 valkyrie with a stainless psa barrel and a bunch of left over parts. Had this scope laying around so it got called into action lol. It actually works pretty well on the valkyrie we were shooting 75gn fmj american eagle only shot out the 300yds with it but the turrets seemed to track as we were able to hit 10" and 12" steel out to 300yds using the turrets and leaving the turrets at 100yds and using the bdc. I prefer the primary arms myself but this isnt a bad scope and he seems to really like it and it works for him so it works for me. Hes 8yrs old so honestly a tasco woulda been fine im sure just not as effective. Because at 8 years old its so much easier to dial that turret for him to 300yds and just tell him to hold dead center than try explaining a bdc

I've been using a magnetic boresighter for years. It works great for me. You do have be careful to try and line up the boresighter with the center of the scope as close as possible. Saves ammo and you can use it as soon as you mount the scope.

Is that the same as the "Bushnell AR Optics, Drop Zone BDC Reticle Riflescope with Target Turrets and Side Parallax, Matte Black, 4.5-18x/40mm"?
I bought one back in 2017 for $150. I only tried it once but quickly found I didn't need such a scope for 100 yards and in. I replaced it with the Vortex Strike Eagle.

Kotaboy, please do a video on the protesters realizing the importance of the 2A. Search today's gun news, Illinois saw 42,000 new FOID applications just the first two weeks of June. That's a 500% increase over the same period last year. They say background checks on pending purchases are taking a long time to come back and as usual, IL has high demand and understaffed. Many former anti-gunners are smelling the coffee!!!! Thanks brother!!

hey bro clicked links and there's 3 diff versions of this scope from what I gather.... your review doesn't explain technically what one you are using exactly. went to amazon and A LOT of people we're complaining that Amazon was incorrectly sending this scope with different reticles compared to what they we're advertising. Are you using the illuminated version with the windhold reticle? It looks like it is. you say its regular crosshairs but the one your using is the windhold reticle. And is it in mil's or MOA? Most people would prefer the MOA version but the links that takes you to Optics Planet is very vague and shows multiple versions of this. Just wondering if you could clear this up and give the "exact" link to this as myself and a ton of other people are wanting this version and let me and others know if this is the illuminated version of not. thanks buddy.

I'll live with that is not the way to set up a ballistic reticle scope or anything for that matter. This guy is shaking like a queer eating hot dogs. Put it on a bench or some type of solid system so you can get it zeroed correctly. Doing the way this guy it's only wastes ammo and time and the part where he started "I'm glad I didn't turn the camera off" there was clearly an edit. Folks take your time and do it right and you will be very happy with this scope. It's a great setup that is an inexpensive second focal plain with very decent glass that won't break the bank so you can play around and learn with and decide if you want to use a higher magnification scope on your AR. I started all three of my songs on this same glass and two of the three loved it and one didn't and was a great tool for their learning and didn't break the bank. If you dig it than you can spend the big bucks on a higher level scope. Any way, my original point is, take your time and set it up correctly. Preparation.

Thank you for the video.Unfortunately I had to give your (this) video a down vote because you were shaking and wavering all over the place instead of taking your time to line up your shots. It was very hard to watch how you carelessly squeezed off rounds.I'm very sorry to have to tell you this but in a combat zone you would propbably be taken out quickly with how you rush and squeeze off rounds because once your rifle has fired off a round the enemy will know right away where you are from the muzzle flash. It's not a race dude, take your time and do it right or don't bother. Each and every time you fire your weapon you must keep in mind the seriousness of firing weapons because weapons are meant for destroying and killing be it for food or self defense. You can have the best rifle and rifle scope money can buy but if you lack the discipline to handle a rifle without rushing you do a disservice to yourself as well as to the rifle and rifle scope that you may be using no matter how good the rifle and rifle scope you own/are using may happen to be.I did my best to watch your video but it's too unbearable to watch how you rush and squeeze off rounds, good luck with that.
