This is a great video! I have been looking into taking ballet classes, but I'm worried about my lack of flexibility and late start to ballet. My biggest concern is my hips. With enough proper stretching, will I be able to open my hip joints or does that opportunity go away at a certain age?

The link you gave is for TheraBand Foot Roller . I was interested in the small green spiky roller that you use in the video. It also is not on your Amazon page. May I ask what is the name of the roller? Thanks for you videos. They are very helpful !

It gets harder with age and inactivity. Keep active and keep trying and you will find improvement :)
