Shigaraki's hand cgi, while kinda looking out of place, it was supposed to look gross and grotesque so cgi was actually a great choice to show that, and it did.
Mirko didnt die when shigaraki attacked her because monoma in fact was erasing decay at that moment, the fingers and arms cancer type mutation that is happening is just shiggy's body adapting to his quirks and how strong he has become, a process foreshadowed by the Quirk Singularity Theory, something a lot of heroes (including our cast) ignored as just conspiracy mumbo jumbo
The character artwork, animation and replication of many panels has been on point this season. Bones still has the occasional scene that lacks the sauce but the season 5 issues seem well past us.
So I like your breakdown but you missed something about Shigaraki here...that ability or quirk is not an actual ability it's just his body growing and adapting to his quirk decay something that it was explained when the theory of quirk singularity was first introduced in the story and so the reason why Miriko was not decayed is because Shigaraki's abilities were and are still erased so yes those fingers CAN use decay but he's not able to use them cause of Aizawa and Monoma (Also Shigaraki explained it in this episode)
Season 7 will become new #1 than all 6 seasons but it’s not the final season cause it’ll be finished until 21 episodes and Final War has 82 chapters and so far 7 chapters has been adapted on 3 episodes and when Season 7 ends probably will go until volume 39 and most likely we’ll have Season 8 as final season part 2 to cover volume 40-41
@Rjay0922 yeah, I know about it. And it's really great! Bones have enough time to do their best for the final of the series ( I am pretty sure that mha will end this summer ). Probably season 8 will be 12-13 episodes or something like that. Also, yes, season 7 is the best and the best in all of that, that is just the beginning of the final chapter!

@Rjay0922 well, I think the end of the fight between AFO and All Might must be a good point for the end of the season ( words like "All For One is nearing Tomura Shigaraki. Nothing can stop him" could be the last words of the season ). But its not enough characters for full 12 episodes for next season. Maybe Bones will make MHA movie 5, which will be the last part of the Final War or Bones will made a lot of new scenes for season 8. So, I don't know how do the do this.
There was some confusion but Shigaraki was still having his quirks erased. The weird finger things is a mutation so it's not exactly a quirk. Beast Jeanist and Aizawa are worry if Erasure stops working even for a second all the mutated hands and fingers would be able to used Decay and that would be extremely dangerous.
One huge plot hole in this episode is how Toga released from Deku's whip just by cutting it it with a knife. The same whip Deku used to beat the shit out of Shigaraki. It seems the power scaling is starting to not make sense...

How are people saying this season is amazing? This whole episode was 90% still images and 90% dialogue, and half of that was flashbacks. Im so sick of the pacing of this show and every character pausing for 5 minutes to talk then do 1 move and stop again. How the fuck can Deku not take out toga right away but can fight All for One and Shigaraki?

I think your math is off, 90% + 90% = 180%, which is impossible for a percentage.
