- I have visited all kinds of markets and bazaars on my trip through India and today I discovered an Islamic market situated under a noisy motorway bridge. Please join me on an Islamic market adventure hunt where we will discover the things Islamic women like to wear. You can have any colour, as long as it's black.
You are setting an example of how one should travel, without judging the people or their culture.

One of the reasons I've loved this channel and watched loyally for all these years is because I will never be able to have comparable experiences travelling on my own as a woman in certain parts of the world. Even if I go with another female friend...I can go, but my experiences will be VASTLY different to Bald's. And not in a good way. Certain calculated risks I've always been willing to take, but Bald's travels and where his curiosity takes him during any given day, are entirely another level. I love watching Bald seem to enjoy everything, all of it, every bit of it, whilst conducting himself with such grace. Thank you so much for this completely unique channel. I enjoy it so much. Aw what a shame! By the way, they were praying at that time and you don't mess with muslims when they're praying because if a muslim got distracted at any time, his prayer will not be accepted so he needs to stay concentrated from the beginning to the end. Some mosques let non muslims in during the prayer after explaining to them what they should and shouldn't do (like talk outloud during the prayer or walk in front of the people who pray which could literally cancel the whole prayer... etc) and some don't bother to explain all this and just say no.. Usually a prayer only takes about 5 to 10min so you could've asked when it'll be over and went back. Another thing, muslim women don't have to wear dark colors or abayas/niqab/burka... The models you've seen are more of a cultural/traditionnal islamic type of wear and all muslim women own at least one of them (even if they don't wear them). Anyways, amazing vlog as usual I became addicted to your videos!!
