I’m in a similar boat, like I get ideas for a redstone contraption but when I try to make it I always get stuck. I had a bad habit of just looking for the most efficient farm designs and never taking the time to figure out how they work. In my current world I am only allowing myself to build farms I either design or know well enough how they work where I can build it without a tutorial. Really glad I did cuz redstone is a huge part of the game. I get super psyched when I make something that works
i usually try and see how a farm works in a tutorial then i end up making my own way less efficient one cause i dont want to sit and watch the full video lol
