Soul and Country. Perfect. Born in the South. The Carolina-State-set produced some great musicians. Jason Brewer and his explorer's club, and Chatham County Line. My favorite though is Sam and the friends he draws about him to make all the great music over the years. And in so many styles and configurations. He is a joy to see live. For a brief time he played some stages again. I was lucky to be close enough to catch the 13 November 2021 show in Bethel, New York, at their arts center, less than 450 inside the building. He played solo. I was amazed by his vocal gymnastics and guitar playing. Both sides of this single are top!
