The pole a bit of Disney Magic haha. A friend of mine works at Disney, and those poles are brought out for a show and are usually the lights or speakers. Then when the show is done, it goes back into its depths until the next one
Did they not have Fastpass? At Disneyland in California they have a Fastpass where you check the ride, it gives you a time to come back and all people with a Fastpass can just cut in line at that time. Well worth it when you have younger kids with you.
My friend has family in Japan and she visits there every summer she promised me that she will take me there one day because the rides all look soooo amazing
After living in japan for a year or so, I've learned that Family Mart is a life saver and that there is ALWAYS a line. I hope y'all enjoyed Japan though, it's wonderful too visit and great to live in (even if you only know as much japanese as a preschooler). Also... p o l e

If ya all would take me with you, you would never forget something because I am *that* annoying friend™ who asks every five seconds before leaving "do you have this? Do you have that? Are you sure? Look if you really got it!" Which, tbh, saved me and my friend several times because it's always their responsibility to take the tickets for concerts etc with them and always when we sit in the car, I asked like 100 times in the house if they got everything, I ask "do you have the tickets?" They are like "omg yes" I say "show me" And in 6/10 cases they actually did not have the tickets or their ID. So yeah, take me with you and you shall never forget anything ever again :)
