No problem, remember your knees aren't muscles but there are lots of muscles, tendons and ligaments that connect and cross the knee. These exercises will help strengthen those areas all round yours knees to hold it in place better and hopefully mean your less likely to get injured.

@@zeerak500 I'd recommend don't d the jumping ones if your knees painful and stay away from the ones that hurt, you don't want to make it worse.

Start with once and build up to twice a week. Give your body a chance to get use to the exercises.
