I did a google search nothing there but google corrected me and flagged a word 'discombobulated' (funny how it had bob in it) it means 'confused and disconcerted' sounds about right though. Jonny is a character, funny as hell when giving his opinions BUT (there's that word again) he goes well with DJ.
Johnny Dineen is brilliant and what an addition after losing Gavin lynch but I disagree on Edwardstone not having a chance in the CC. Edwardstone arguably is the improver out of the two and ran a very solid race in the Clarence House. I think it’s very difficult to split the two but I think one of them will win the CC. I think I slightly prefer Edwardstone atm.
Andrew, while I don’t fancy edwardstone in the champion chase, I don’t think for a moment that he has no chance. In a race where there looks just the three possibilities, my inkling is that he is the weakest of the 3 contenders. After saying that I may well be wrong, and I’m wrong on a daily basis, and even though I don’t fancy Edwardstone, there is no way I could say it has no chance
100% agree with Johnny that Cooper shouldn’t have got into trouble in Naas but he was cruising and there’s no denying that Townend shut the door. It was dangerous for Paul to do what he did and he’s lucky nothing bad happened

Surely Marine would have been pushed out and not slashed based on that direct form line? Incidentally, I backed Marine at 10/1 AP for the Supreme, but during the race looking at how Irish Point got taken off his feet, I no longer even fancy the 10/1, let alone 2/1. Very few modern bookmakers 'take a view' (Victor Chandler and Freddie Williams the real heroes of recent memory who stood bets) and had Johnny been a bookmaker in the 19th century rather than the 21st he'd've blown his brains out on Newmarket Heath.... great stuff.

Wow! A case of not believing your eyes. Edwardstone's performance was brilliant. What has Energumene ever beaten? Absolutely nothing. Impressive when beating unknowns, but completely lacking when up against decent horses. Blue Lord is the biggest danger to Edwardstone. Last years novices are much better than last years open horses. There is a case for Tom Cannon to be bumped off of Edwardstone, completely useless two times running. Pulled his head up at Kempton and was tactically useless in the last race at Cheltenham. Put Sam Twiston-Davies on him and he's a certainty.
He definitely isn’t, he knows the game inside out. People may not agree on all of his opinions but you can’t help but admire his honesty. There is no back doors with Johnny Dineen straight to the point and some people don’t like that but in my eyes it’s the best way you can be.
