Here's a tip Merg or a "cheat" in a way, while Undyne, if you manage to get Frisk/Chara into green soul, you can basically keep them there infinitely if you time it right (they can't attack you, while they're like this) . Just use the green spear thingy again when your power can't hold them anymore. And that x1 is your hot snow.
Btw the way undyne works is hitting with an attacc charges energy, missing lowers it, the more energy you have the more hp you come bacc with, full energy means the heroine The heroine slowly loses hp but does double dmg and is faster hitting
