| Tokyo, Japan, June 13, 2019 - Pool hosts Japan claimed victory against Thailand on Thursday.
Thailand captain Nootsara Tomkom: "We lost the game today as we made many mistakes. This long tournament makes our team tired a little."
Thailand coach Danai Sriwacharamaytakui: "I'd like to say congratulations to Japan. In this game, Japan got off to an auspicious start with great offence. We could not play our volleyball against Japan's strategic defence system. We worked hard to get the victory, however, but made many mistakes."
Japan game captain Miya Sato: "In the first half of the game, we could not score the points effectively by the attacks. In addition, we could not adjust well to the opponent’s combinations. However, Kurogo’s attack with her full power changed the atmosphere of the team."
Japan player Ai Kurogo: "We made many mistakes, which we can improve on easily. Our strong serve disrupted the opponent's combination attacks."
Japan coach Kumi Nakada: "I am happy to get the victory. We strongly hoped to clear up the regret for the loss against Thailand in the Asian Games. The key point for this match was to hit the strong serve in order not to let Thailand play with good combination."

Thailand needs to start finding new players. Japan already knows by heart how these legendary Thai players body language in court. Meanwhile, Japan is fielding in new faces to make their opponent guessing as to how they play.
I think the older players retire this year. For Thailand.
I think so. I am thai. We can’t deny someone , she just has connections. Also Volleyball team, Not developed. And new coach is not as good as old coach(AOD coach). Now more fan club of Thai team severe activated to transfer or need new coach, but not accomplished. So we hope one day new coach will develop volleyball team and reject connections.

This game really showed the edge of Japan from Thailand, even if Japan is playing with some of their 2nd stringers, they were able to beat thailand in 3 straight sets. Nah, people are not that stupid to see one game and then come to a conclusion. Japan plays good and plays bad; Thailand plays good and plays bad. They have their own primes - that's the nature of playing sport, any sport. Good play in and of itself doesn't prove or disprove the dirtiness in the games because it is irrelevant!

ปัญหาทีมไทยคือ การแก้เกมไม่ได้เลย ทั้งๆที่ความสามารถไม่ต่างกันเลย ญี่ปุ่นเมื่อแพ้เราครั้งไหนๆเขาจะกลับมาชนะเราแทบทุกครั้ง และการเล่นของเราเริ่มจะซ้ำแบบเดิมๆ เดาง่ายสังเกตุว่าทีมจากยุโรปจะเดาเกมเราได้มากขึ้น ทำให้ตัวตีของเราตียากขึ้น เช่นชัชชุอร มัลลิกา ติดบล๊อกหมด หรือก็โดนเสริฟจี้ทำให้เล่นยาก อีกอย่างทุกทีมพัฒนาเรื่องการเสริฟมาก ตัวรับบอลแรกรับไม่แน่นอน ปมฝากทีมงานพัฒนาด่วนๆเลยครับ

#โค้ชด่วนควรพัก #รอดูคัดโอลิมปิก ถ้าไม่ได้เลิกดราม่า หาเวลาฝึกฝนทีมนะ
ต้อง ปรับการเล่นใหม่ให้ลงตัวกว่านี้ทั้งลูกเสริฟที่เสริฟเสียเยอะมากรวมทั้งการเล่นบอล2ส่วนมากเห็นเข้าเล่นไม่ทันขาตายดูทุกเกมคะ่สู้ๆ(เคยเป็นนักวอลเลย์มาคะ่)บางครั้ง ก็ เห็นใจบางทีมคู่ต่อสู้แกร่งมากทั้งลูกเสริฟลูกตบหนักๆทั้งเป็นกำลังใจให้คะ่
กลับมาย้อนดู คือแมทนี้ญี่ปุ่นเล่นงานเราด้วยความเหนียวโซนเกมรับจริงๆ ขุดทุกลูก ไทยเราก็เหนียวแล้ว แต่ด้วยสภาพร่างกายเขารู้ว่าถ้าพาเราแลนลี่เราจะเหนื่อยไปเอง แล้วมันก็จริงๆ ซึ่งเรามีบิ๋มเพียว ก็เท่านัเน เพราะการที่ร่างกายล้ามีเด็กในทีมน้อยนอกนั้นรุ่นพี่ทั้งหมด ยังไงก็สู้ยุ่นที่ยังไม่มีใครถึง 30 สุดท้ายแมทนี้เลนต้องยอมจำนน

IMO, Thailand lacks power spiker(wing). May be Pimpichaya Kokram . I dunno why she is dropped. Onuma & Malika are not getting any younger. Sure they are experienced players but they cannot win games. While Ajcharaporn & Chatchu-On are the future aces but when they underperformed atleast Pimpichaya could have done something like she had done it before.
abraham haokip Pimpichya is injured. Although if Thai could play there defense as well as Japan. Thailand might be a lot better.
