I would love to hear a discussion about Periodization and Training blocks in the Ibex programming to reach certain goals, the methodology/ science behind the programming to better elp users/ clients make informed choices in their training choices.

I think it would be nice for you guys to talk about equipment and doing this minimalistly at home as a beginner on a budget. I know I've been watching you for 3 years now, and I understand You both put so much information out there, but products are always changing. ❤
Love more videos like this even one on pre activation warmup pre run I struggle to activate glutes. I joined ibex in October at age 53 planning to complete first 5 k this year and maybe others. At age 52 I did my first and only powerlifting meet hit 358 deadlift which I was proud of squat and bench were state level for my division so was happy but felt really sluggish. I’ve followed you guys through games and just always felt you had such knowledge and caring for those you train. I love strength and always will especially as I age. But have been fascinated by endurance and want to see what I can do. While watching your video I just did Saturdays easy run with strides. I’ve not run this long in years if ever. My low hr I have a hard time keeping I still was about 20 higher but felt fine so went with it 😊
Love the podcast and Ibex Training. Lift/Run and your 20 Week prep helped me set a huge PR in my Marathon time. I will be using Lift/Run to prep for the LV Marathon in October. Do you recommend sticking to the six week strength cycles with deload all year? Should I have an off period over months of time? I am just hoping for some clarity so I have a year long plan for work! Thanks!
