- I'M BACK!!! TIME TO PAINT!!!
It's been a long time, but it's time now for Series 2 of Becoming Bob!
In this episode I paint along with Bob Ross in Series 2: Episode 1 of The Joy of Painting, Meadow Lake. The painting a Bob Ross classic and it was a lot of fun getting back to painting. I've made a lot of improvements and I hope you like them.

Keep it up sir! Thank you for keeping the Legacy of Bob Ross alive
Very nice 👍 keep up the good work
Everything is always on point. Can't get enough!
Enjoying your voiceover work! Great, relaxing work. Welcome back!
Thank you! I think the new mic and editing software really make a difference!
Trying to paint at the speed of bob Ross is insane… it takes me an hour n half to do a 29 min painting- but it’s like anything else in life.. it gets faster as u get more experienced.
as a lifelong fan of Bob Ross i reallllly like your work....new subscriber!!!!

Oh wow this is a new episode! I thought this was a really old video. So awesome to still see someone not only keeping Bob Ross alive but also doing an amazing job of it! New subscriber here from the UK. ❤
Thank you and welcome aboard!
Awesome painting! As someone who has been trying to paint like Bob I give you a lot of credit trying to keep up with him. He makes it look so easy. I look forward to watching your future paintings.
Thank you!
Nice work mister great job keep going!!!

Very Good man! Keep it up! Do you sell painthings?
Thank you! No, I don't sell them. Maybe someday, but not yet.
Well done!
Nice work
Good job Alex. Looks really good.
Thank you, Scott! It means a lot to know you watched!
I'd like to c Bob Ross method being applied to real settings..there are so many mountains in Canada..imagine setting up and painting a majestic painting in 30 minutes!..that would b impressive..
I agree. Someday I hope to get to a place where I can do that, but that's gonna take a lot more practice first.
New fan
RIP Bob …
I know that this is a Bob Ross paint along. But the picture doesn’t come together. The lower part is in one light, and the upper part in a different one. Mixing the colors would help here to create a better picture.
I agree. Getting everything to blend some, but not overdo it, is a challenge. I gotta keep at it and it'll get better.
@@BecomingBob It is a challenge. I wish you much success with it.
Pretty Bad. Just you guys wait until i get my Bob Ross Thang goin'. Watching this has really given me the courage to step out and show Y'all just what kinda "guns" I'm workin with.Trees are patjhetic
Love it bro. I think also being creative and deviating from Bobs vids making sure to add something of your own vision would be ideal instead of a complete replica , if you aren’t doing so already . ,but still love your vids nonetheless 🙏🙌🏼🤙🏼
Thank you! I'll probably start branching out more once I have done a few more following pretty close.
You look so much like liev schreiber
But where is your afro👁️👄👁️
Hahaha. I'm still just BECOMING Bob. Once I grow an afro (and I assure you I can) you'll know I have reached my goal!
@@BecomingBob I'm giving you at least a year lol😂
Liev Schreiber doppelganger?
Hahaha I wish!
hes not using bobs easel
Guilty as charged. That one was donated by a friend and was a huge leg up when I started Series 1. Originally, I was just going to use a step ladder.
Um...why?
Bob Ross was kinda fun to watch because he was mellow, and had some funny stuff to say...but why try and paint like him? His mountain paintings were horribly out of scale to themselves, it was childess looking, motel art. Go take some real art classes at your local college, and actually learn how a painting is supposed to look like.
Because I want to, of course! He's a heck of a lot better painter than I am, so I have lots to learn from him.
