The suspect’s aunty is a 🤡! Everyone saying he’s stealing to get food, HE IS STEALING! If he was such an angel why aren’t you all helping your beloved it family member and let him eat and sleep with you all at your house? Now to the store clerk, dude it’s Dollar tree why throw away your life over a company who’s allowing you to be represented by a Public Pretender 🤯
@iammartyarps if one allows the little stores, then how do you one stop the bigger? One or many need to cease and desist the opportunity before it gets out of hand which is happening now! Too many scared lookieloos doing nothing to help or stop the situation
Right, they are all crying about the aftermath, but "yet" he was homeless, in other words not good enough to be welcomed in their home. Yes, I feel bad for him, he was in fact stealing food, something to eat. And he must have been pretty desperate to choose the back door fire exit, meaning he was burning his bridge to even go in this store again. If he was hungry, his apparently loving family should have fed him.
Showing up to do your job is not chasing down the thief and taking a life. Sad the fate of the hungry homeless man but still does not justify his murder er who was also an ex convict.
The decedent caused the dominoes to fall where they did, and he died for it. His aunt trying to make stealing food as if that was OK, and a good excuse to steal. Why didn't his family and extended family help him with food at least? Don't steal period. That's why half of the places like drug stores, dollar stores, discount are closing down because of rampant theft and burglary that homeless and drug addicted people are doing everyday, unabated. There are also plenty of places that offer food (so no excuse again to justify stealing) , since we all pay super high taxes to support the homeless here in this county and state. I hope Mr. Franco gets a fair trial.
@@chrisambriz8875 Like the goofy homeless guy and a thousands of others like him have the right to steal. That's why all these types of stores are gonna end up closing down due to rampant unabated theft.

Cops won't do anything anymore, you should know that. Stores closing down due to non-stop theft Big Lots closing down 2 Bako stores as we speak. Jobs are lost and neighborhoods/people especially poor people that rely on these stores suffer. Dude shouldn't have been stealing in the 1st place.

And that's why all these stores are starting to close all down, because of rampant unabated everyday 7 days a week theft, and you and hundreds of others won't have jobs, and BTW, we as consumers have to pay for all the stealing that goes on to the tune of higher prices
Such an Angel, beating his wife in front of his children. The store employee was defending himself. He tried to fight a real man, he lost his life trying.
Nah bro. I’m over these people doing whatever they want! Well, it’s a messed up story I don’t believe this guy should be charged! You do bad shit bad shit happens next time learn how to fight better

Yes, I feel bad for him, he was in fact stealing food, something to eat. And he must have been pretty desperate to choose the back door fire exit, meaning he was burning his bridge to even go in this store again. Jumping to the killer, he also had a bit of a rap sheet. But now here he is a trusted employee at the dollar store for a couple years. He most likely was in good standing and made this job his life. He took off without thinking, with his only intent on catching a thief. Store clerks get this way, passionate, even conspiring on how to stop thieving. This is very common, store clerks chasing thieves, following them. They even began hating, despising thieves, because now in his case after going to jail, etc., he is a good man, he has a job, so why does anybody else have to be a thief, they should work, just like him. The victim had a box-cutting-looking knife on him. There is no word on the knife, murder weapon. Did Franco have his own knife? He looked more athletic, than the victim, so he prevailed in the physical altercation. Either he did take the knife away from the victim, or "had his own". He should have immediately reported the incident, but he apparently went back in the store, cleaned up, and never mentioned a word. That was a big sign he knew he was in trouble. The victim tried to chase after him so it appears he was stabbed immediately. A stick and run job, not much of a fight. So obviously "some evil" came out of this store clerk. We always use the term "dry drunk". It means you used to drink, but now you quit so you start hating other drunks because you quit. He definitely didn't walk back into his job with a hero story of how he battled and almost defied death, but he overpowered and killed the bad guy. He concealed it all, and ended up a criminal once again.
It doesnt matter he was stealing so are u guys saying is ok to steal food then mightes well everyone should start taking it should be excuse at all he was stealing doesnt matter wat it it if he had a family then u should of feed him
All this is the family's fault! Not even y'all wanted to deal with this meth addict this is why he was hungry & homeless. So you leave him for the rest of the community to have to deal with him. All while enabling & justifying all of his bad behavior. If y'all cared so much why did you guys leave him wandering like an animal instead of getting him into rehab & feeding him? These homeless drug addicts are abundant in this city causing chaos everywhere they go. People are just tired of this, this is the reason why stores are closing down. Shoplifting is a raging epidemic these days, mostly because there is no real repercussion for it. Imo the employee should definitely *not* be prosecuted.
