I don’t fully recommend on how to reset the carbonator. If you run out of co2. And change the co2 tank. Turn on your new co2 tank and unplug the carbonator. Run your valve or bargun till you get c02 to come out of valve or bargun then plug in. This way you are evacuating all the flat water inside the tank and forcing new soda water in.
They might know how a carbonator works but they don't know how to fix machines I have them come out to fix my lancer machine the guy put didn't even check the serial numbers or the model number put the wrong parts in burn up my fan and I don't know what else yet I'm still trying to figure it out and call the company nothing call the guy nothing they said then I finally got a response from him after 2 weeks at 20 and they said they were going to help but never did they wouldn't even send a text out to fix the guy's problems that he the first guy showed up I should have caught on when he left and said he'd be back or had to go to Seattle and he'd be back but never left me any paperwork
Depends on what carbonator you have for cold carbonation(Tank is inside fountain dispenser) 75psi For external tank like his in the video 105 psi. Water pressure should be around 50 psi anything higher could cause a issue with water entering the tank without the pumping pushing it which will cause flat soda water.
with 105 psi CO2 pressure the water pressure would have to be above 105psi for water "to be pushed in" as you say. incoming water to a building by code i believe can't exceed 80psi@@brandonthompson7075
