- Welcome back to the daily vlog, this might be one of the best ones yet. 📸 Herman Miller came to completely remodel our UA-cam studio, I started journaling again, and in the evening I went to a Harry Potter event with the actors who played Luna Lovegood and Ginny Weasley. 🪄

Try getting a fountain pen for your journalling. You can write forever without hand cramps. A good place to start is a Lamy Safari with a Medium nib (comes with a cartridge) costs about US $28 or a TWSBI Eco with an M mib (costs about US $33). You'll need to buy ink to go with the Eco.

Hi Ali, I hope the journalling works out for you. For me it has been a game changeover over the years, but it can be a bit burdensome if you don’t keep it simple and ask the right questions. I tend to ask myself 3 specific questions each day. I also did a video about the benefits journalling on my channel you may find helpful.
I love jiurnaling. But too long away from physical writing and going back again just doesn't allow me to write like 1 page in 1 go 😂 can only write like 2 sentences before needing a break for my hand. So I use a fountain pen now for this purpose. Game changer. Can easily write up to 2-3 pages.

I think it was a good move to create another YT channel just for vlogs, cause here is the thing - I do enjoy some of them but not all of them.
Also seems like watching them everyday is just too much..
I am sure many ppl can relate to me, but there will be also a solid group of people watching them every day and waiting for moooree.
So in that way you don’t have to mess with your stats on the main channel, risking low view rates. However, you still have a room to try sth new, express yourself, gather smaller community who wants to be closer to you.

Leg workout disappointing- I would expect a trained doctor to appreciate that machine exercises don’t develop the synergistic and stabilizer muscles, which increases the likelihood of injuries. However, I will admit, machine exercises can be more fun, as they aren’t as stressful as the effective free weight exercises like squats and deadlifts.

Alright Ali here’s a honest comment
I loved watching your videos early on. Learning about how a person manages a really hectic schedule and still excel at everything they do. The Tips and tricks regarding all of that was what brought me to your channel.
But now it’s just a channel of a guy who makes very random UA-cam videos talking about how he makes UA-cam videos. There’s really no appeal to these videos. The meaning of your channel is just dying out.
What more would you want from his vlog channel though? Or do you mean his main channel videos?
